I noticed that the set I originally purchased had blown a small hole in the middle of the hot line (perhaps When I notified the seller, they sent a second set right away and had it at my door in just a few days Before my hallway flooded due to the cold hose blowing up, my replacement set worked for 3 weeks. There is copper plumbing in the house and I have an older home where the electrical is grounded to the copper. There was a corrosion problem with the stainless steel hoses at the rear of the dryer, which led to the hoses repeatedly breaking. Don't buy if you have an older home with copper plumbing that is grounded to the electrical system. If your home is grounded to your copper pipes, you can check your water heater to see if it is. The problem is that if you have a copper pipe and a copper wire, then your entire house is electrically hounded to the copper pipes and you will experience the same issue that I did. A warning about this issue should be provided to the manufacturer. Although these hoses probably work great in general, I cannot recommend them due to all the problems I've had and the lack of warning information on how to operate them.
It's amazing how good this is. Neither my laundry room is large nor does it fit squarely down the middle of the house. In order to be able to do my laundry (I am in a wheelchair) I have had to extend my water hose. I especially like the 90 degrees end because it prevents any pressure from building up to the back of the.
While there does appear to be a strong odor when unboxing (here is how I would describe it), it appears to be gone after a few days, does not smell up the room, and it does not get on my clothes. Overall, I cannot.
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install the extra long water supply lines and how well they work. It's been a while since I installed them, so I can't really speak to how well they'll hold up, but they seem to be high quality, so they should last for a while.
