It's an Allen wrench with a keyed hex head. It's likely that you'll need to get in touch with the manufacturer. They're not available at any hardware store that I've ever visited.
That's what I believe. It can be adjusted in a variety of ways. The mount is very nice.
Only the hardware shown in the first image (mount base and 1) is included. (It's a 5" thread adapter). When I bought mine, I was also perplexed because none of the hardware shown in the fourth and fifth photos (pipe connectors and extenders) was included. br>I hope this information is useful. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask them. I bought four of these and installed them. This is an excellent product.

My 15-year-old projector, which had a 1. 25-inch screen, finally needed to be replaced. Pipe mount with a 5" NPT thread. This was discovered, the price was reasonable, and it worked perfectly with the ViewSonic projector I had purchased. The only suggestion I have is to use thumbs-up instead of thumbs-down. Center rock and tilt adjustments are adjusted with screws. Make sure everything is in place, then hand tighten and lock the outer screws. Because my projector only had three mounting points, I followed the instructions and simply removed the fourth mount arm. Overall, the mount is simple to install and of good quality. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> Once you write a review, you will be offered a free HDMI cable along with the mount. While the free offer had no bearing on my review, I was disappointed to learn that it had been discontinued in March of this year, but that they still sell products that include the offer.
When I hang a high-end video projector, I want to make sure it stays put, and this mount does just that. I'm sure you could spend a lot more, but I'm not sure what else you could ask for in a projector mount. This mount is a huge improvement over my previous one, which seemed a little shaky in terms of projector support. The QualGear mount has completely won my trust.
I'm looking for a mount for a large projector to replace my Sony from 2004. I believe the QualGear was designed to support 74 pounds, and the fully adjustable rails are thick and sturdy. When you tighten the set screws, they don't scratch the finish. For the most part, the instructions are clear, but to mount the projector from the side, I had to turn the pipe thread mount 90 degrees.
It can be angled in any direction. They're simple to put together and come with a variety of screws for various situations. Because Epson places one of their screw holes near the center of the projector, this will not reach all screws on some Epson models. I ended up using a third screw hole that wasn't meant to be used for support, but it worked out fine. The mount had nothing to do with any of this. I should've done a better job on my homework. This mount is fantastic!.
The heavy Sony 4K projector, weighing 53 pounds, is perfectly supported.
This projector mount is both versatile and stable. It is something that I would suggest. br>br>However, the description and images may be a little confusing. The base and one are the only two. A 5" NPT adapter is included in the package. This product does not include any extenders or pipe connectors, which must be purchased separately.
This allowed me to mount my 32" flat screen TV above my bed, allowing me to watch TV and use the computer without having to bend over a pillow.
Application in the workplace.
