What is the warranty on the blades, and where can I get replacements? Also, on 3/4 emt conduit, could this withstand 1000s of cuts?

I can't speak to the warranty, but it'll easily handle thousands of emt cuts. I've probably cut 500 times through sch 40 pipe and it's still as good as new. There aren't likely to be any replacement blades, so toss it out and get a new one.

Yes, it's easy to notch. Use oil. It has no effect on the pipe.
