Hello, I wanted to clarify that "short" and "long" refer to the length of the air switch button, and they are different depending on the thickness of the tabletop you are looking to install it Thanks a lot.
The answer is yes.
I am sorry, but don't worry, we have asked the factory and it may work on

Despite it operating as expected, keep in mind that it is built to run a double sink with two garbage disposals at the same time. Due to the existence of two live plugs on the device, each is not able to operate independently. In the event one or two appliances are plugged in, the air switch switches both of them on and The way I expect this to work is that it would work separately like InSinkErator's dual switch to operate both the hot water maker and disposal, where the hot water plug would be on constantly and the disposal plug operated by the air switch.
I'm finding that there are a few others out there who say "I wish I read and understood the description better" about the "additional" electrical plug. I did not understand that both connections are on or both are off when you switch it on or off. In one of the plugs, I had anticipated that I would be able to plug in the reverse osmosis UV connection- but when I realized it, I realized they both worked with the air switch only. Due to assumptions I made and the fact that I didn't ask questions, I will have to own Although I will have to get a different plug box since I only have a limited amount of space in that cabinet. I cannot spare the extra space needed by that box if it doesn't do what I wanted. Despite my concerns about its safety, the air switch works properly, so I have no real bad things to say about it.
I had my electrician recommend this to me. I just installed this and it works perfectly, so I did not have to install an extra outlet to use the garbage disposal. I've already gotten lots of compliments on it!.
We have one of the coolest gadgets in our house with this addition. Instead of flipping a light switch, I love that I can start my disposal by pushing this button. The electrical wiring for the disposal did not need to be run additional.
The hole must be cut first before the installation can be done. Likewise, if the item states that it is 1 1/4", you will need to drill a hole that is 1 3/8". After that, it was as easy as pie. It simply took no more than 15 minutes to have the disposal running without having to open any.
The instructions call for the optional steel washer to be used with the rubber washer if a larger hole is used (mine was 1 1/2 inches, standard size). There is no steel washer available and a standard steel washer at the hardware store will raise the switch too far from the mounting surface as it is too thick. In addition, BOTH of the double outlets are kept on by a switch, so anything that requires constant power cannot be used on the second outlet. Different manufacturers promote their double outlets as always being live, I suggest you purchase one of them instead. Pretty useless feature unless you need to operate two disposals at the same time. Different manufacturers advertise their second outlet as always active.
My plumber, who was installing a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal, installed this switch for me. He said it was very easy to install. It was very useful to have this product since I would have had to hire a professional to install a new wire for the wall switch otherwise. It can be placed wherever you like. It was installed in front of my sink to the right. It was possible to install it myself, however, since my plumber was already there to install a disposal, so I had him do it for me. The switch I just got is awesome!.
