The reason I bought this was because I already have another tool from the V20 series from Craftsman. I am very disappointed in this portable vacuum. This vacuum cleaner has an extremely poor suction and I think it is only good for picking up sawdust. I think it is also very bad for carpets or fabric, since you have to scrub to get it to pick up anything from these There is one issue with the paper air filter it is small, which means you have to clean it every time you use it, in addition to the decreased performance. In order to do so you need to brush the sawdust on it, wash it, or combine the two, so that it will only last a relatively short time if all you are doing is picking up sawdust. After a vacuum filter wears out, it is useless (see below) and is the only thing preventing sand, dirt, or whatever you are picking up from getting into the vacuum

The worst is yet to come It is not possible to purchase the air filter. To be honest, the quality of the portable vacuum cleaner is not even close to that of the hedge trimmer that is an absolute masterpiece. I've got junk. As a result of not being able to leave a zero, one star.

There is a design flaw in this. There are two ways to implement a filter. In this case, the "PULL TO REMOVE" writing on the filter will be upside down in the plastic collector, so you can attach it but it will appear as though it is impossible to remove it until a user follows these instructions When you physically see the release button move slightly, press it and pull the collector out. Press the collector against the housing as hard as you can. Replace the filter by turning it 180 degrees after it has been removed. A message has been sent to the craftsman.

My favorite power tools are the Craftman C3 and CRAFTMAN 18V battery operated tools. THE V20 LINEUP HAS BEGUN TO BE SOLD. The shop vac is perfect for this job. As I run around the house, vacuuming everything, I use this vacuum cleaner. A recent project I took on was sanding and re-painting kitchen cabinetry, and this vacuum worked well for all the dust generated during the sanding procedure. It is also very simple to clean out the vacuum. One of my favorite features of it is that when the battery dies, I can replace it.
