My first job was to sand down a belt buckle with chipped paint. I used a 25mm (1 inch dia.) drill bit. ) a brush made of brass wire. Light passes with a 400 grit "Rocaris 40 Pack 1 inch Abrasive Wheel" followed, which worked well and left the buckle with a fine brushed surface that was nice enough to wear as is without repainting. br>br>However, these tools are only 1" in diameter, with a contact surface that is only 1/4" square. Do you believe you'll be able to complete your task with such a small tool? Is it necessary for the end result to be tidy, smooth, and shiny rather than a jumble of shiny tracks? To shine up my 2" x 3" surface, I had to do several light passes, which took more than 45 minutes. Is a larger surface tool better for you? Isn't it true that you need a plugin tool to avoid having to stop working every hour or so to recharge the battery?

I have the same charger and it works perfectly for me. Have a wonderful day.
You can tighten it by hand, but for larger attachments and heads, you'll need to use the little wrench to tighten it down even more. It is kept from spinning by a button on the side.

Overall, this works well as a dremel substitute. I used to have a real one, but it was broken, so I had to settle for a less expensive alternative. It runs smoothly, ramps up quickly, and cuts through sheet metal (I used it to assist with a gutter job). The most common complaint was that when cutting through thicker materials, the machine would occasionally stop or error. I'd have to take it out, turn it off, and on again before it worked again. Overall, this is a great deal for a dremel-like experience. I can tell a difference, but not enough to justify spending another $50 on it. br>**Recent changes. After that, I received a call from the company, who informed me that it was not designed for thick metal. They offered a portion of the money back. I appreciate your forthrightness in offering a partial refund. Because of the excellent customer service I received, I have increased my rating from 3 to 4.
This tool is fairly lightweight, has a lot of power and battery life, and is extremely versatile. I'm not sure how to change down to a smaller hole yet, but I'm happy with my Kutzall flame point bit. These are just a few of my early works! It took about 10 miles to carve the switch plate, 45 minutes to carve the large birdhouse, and 15 minutes to carve the walking stick head. The tool's battery never ran out. I like how if you push it too hard, it simply stops and then restarts. This was purchased so that I could work on creating tree faces on my "Enchanted Trail" in "Firefly Forest. " I like it now, but I can see it becoming my "go to" tool once I figure out how to make all the little tool changes!.
I really like how it looks. br>Awesome carry case, great colors, shape, and easy to hold and operate! A great alternative to the well-known (D), but overpriced and a rotary tool company that hasn't released anything new in a while. And, just to let people know, if you're like me and have a lot of the different bits for (D), they'll work with this company's tool as well. It's sturdy, and I like how easy it is to operate with the push of a button!.
I've had a lot of rotary tools over the years, and this is one of the better ones. I haven't had much experience with it, but from what I've seen, it's quite impressive. The power won't blow you away, and it will occasionally stop if you try to cut something too large, but it's fantastic for what it's designed for. It cuts and sands small sticks like a champ, which my wife and I do as a hobby when we build fairy houses. The best part is that you can take it anywhere to cut material, and the battery life is exceptional; it will last all afternoon in the field cutting small sticks and bark, acorns, hard shells, and anything else you can think of. It was well worth the money, and I'll most likely buy another.
So far, I'm very impressed. It doesn't have the same solid feel as a Dremel, but it comes close and is a lot less expensive. I used to have a Dremel cordless pet nail trimmer, but the battery died after only two uses. As a replacement, I purchased this item. So far, the battery life has been satisfactory (I haven't needed to recharge it). My only complaint is that the parts in the kit aren't as good as the name brand, but what do you expect for a third of the price, and my dog couldn't care less.
EACH PENNY WAS WORTH IT! Amazing and more than holds its own against Dremel! This is a one-of-a-kind brand that is built better than expected, performs better than expected, and can hold its own against the pricey Dremel! The power and quality of this mighty machine will not disappoint you! I'll never pay twice as much for a Dremel again because you get everything you need and more in this powerful rotary. I knew this was well built as soon as I felt the quality; it has everything and more!.
It's what I use to cut and polish rocks. Unfortunately, after about six weeks, it stopped working. I went to the company's website and sent them an email because my Amazon return date had passed and I had thrown away the warranty card by accident. Within 24 hours, they responded and asked for my Amazon invoice, after which I received a new kit in five days. Apex Force, you rocked it with your customer service! Way to stand behind a great product, Apex Force! Thank you.
There are a variety of attachments available, and they are all standard, so accessory kits will expand the utility of the machine. I've already used it to sharpen my dog's teeth, and it'll soon bore out a deadbolt lock. On all but the thickest doors, the cutter wheels rip right through the safety chain. It's right next to the pry bar and sledge hammer in my truck.
