In the description, it says that it has a throw of 12mm or 10mm, but I was not sure which one it was. When it came in the box, I realized it was a 9mm throw which is not what I had purchased, nor what was listed, and therefore why I gave it The advertisement was poor and I did not receive what I expected. A 3 inch pad seems to be a good size for me. Because my car is shaped in many small curves, this 3 inch size is ideal for fitting into these spaces. Due to my arthritis, I find the switch to be a little difficult to use, but overall the machine is great.

The pad that comes with it works great as well, as well as the polisher does have some weight to it, but I really like it a lot. It's a great value for the money, and I plan on ordering more pads soon.
