I don't buy tools from China, but I do buy everything else from them. Lol

Shipped quickly and only took a few minutes to "set up" (which isn't much). The stand is simple to put together, but it does require some patience and time. I didn't use the stand, instead putting the rubber feet on a piece of granite, and the planer didn't move or vibrate at all. I started by sanding a 7/8" piece of Bocote down to 1/2" thickness. When it's turned on, it makes about the same amount of noise as a table or circular saw, but when it's cutting wood, it gets a lot louder, but not to the point of being annoying. In about ten minutes I had a 1/2" board that was perfectly smooth after 12 passes. The machine's infeed and outfeed rollers are its best feature. They grab and move the board for you, so you don't have to push or hold it; simply start it and let it go. I planed a 4' board with no snipe and it's light enough to lift and move around as needed. This is a fantastic little addition to my store.
This tool did what it was supposed to do and produced a satisfactory result, making it a good entry-level tool.
This is a good product; however, the second day we used it, it tripped the breaker (and refused to reset). We ordered a replacement breaker from Amazon, replaced the blown one, and it's been running smoothly ever since. There are no issues. br>Easy to maintain when things go wrong, and finding replacement parts is also simple.
This was my very first plane. It's very simple to get started with. Excellent value for money. If you aren't using vacuum, it comes with an extra set of blades, a drive belt, blade setup tools, and a chip deflector. I didn't expect it to be as loud as it was. In general, I'm very happy.
The planer box was damaged when I got it. After inspecting it, I discovered a corner that had been damaged. To make sure it worked and that it wasn't planing offset, I tried it out. It's amazing that it works as expected. As a result, I'm going to keep it and give it a three-star rating. I'm not a woodworker, so I'm only using it for small projects.
This product is great except for one thing: the stand that comes with it is extremely small, forcing you to bend over to do your woodworking, which is a pain. Other than that, this is a fantastic product that I would buy again and recommend to friends.
It's a good fit for a hobby store. Sometimes, but not always, has a snipe at the end. It does a good job if you take it slowly and easy. Overall, I am extremely satisfied.
I primarily use it to make cutting boards out of wine barrel staves. The additional blades are a nice touch.
