This planer gives you flat surfaces on wood thanks to its smooth cutting

Providing flat surfaces on wood is made easy with this planer. As of yet, I have used it on Cedar, Oak, and Maple with no problems. My dust collection system is connected to a hose and this unit ejects most of the trimmings out of that port, keeping my shop clean.

Perfect for working in a small space, this planer is great. There is a lot of stability to this mobile base. This planer is already set up correctly and ready to use when it comes out of the box.

It didn't take long for knives to chip

I first noticed scratch lines on the stock shortly after the first use, probably after about ten uses (between light and moderate use). It began with one, and eventually grew to Although I believe it to be the knives, how can such things happen so soon.
