I had no problem replacing this part and it was very easy to do. Keeping my 300 dollar framing nailer out of the garbage was a big help. Simply pull out the back four bolts and pick out the broken pieces, then apply a little petroleum jelly on the new one to seal it, then put the new ring back in and bolt it It's as easy as pie!.
