With one minor flaw that can be fixed, this is a great lightweight staple gun
5/5

As others have stated, I purchased this because it is lightweight and would be a good addition to my range bag. It functions similarly to my Arrow, but it is much lighter and also shoots brads, which is a plus. It also requires less effort. Only one minor flaw: the handle does not have a latch or any other mechanism to keep it closed when stored - When trying to cram everything into a bag, this is especially important. They should've included a straightforward latching mechanism - My simple solution was to wrap a tie around the handle. When not in use, simply slide it down from the handle; when not in use, simply slide it up until it is snug. (as seen in photo).

Very simple to use, and a vast improvement over my old Arrow T-shirt in most cases
5/5

50 staplers, as well as Stanley staplers To be honest, I bought this not because I needed it, but because I couldn't FIND my other two staplers (Arrow T-55 and Arrow T-55). 50), as well as Stanley. With a price tag of $36 for the DeWalt, it seemed a little pricey. 00, but I suggested that we try something new. br>It appears. PROS: br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> It's easy to carry around and use.
- The amount of grip force / trigger / pressure required to commit to stapling has been greatly reduced. The package / marketing states that 25% less force is required - That's what I think.
- It works perfectly with Arrow and Stanley staple refills. (I have a lot of Arrow staple refills. ) CONS: (Stanley staples)br>br>(Stanley staples)br>br>(Stanley staple It's $8 - A traditional all-metal stapler costs ten times more (in terms of purchase price). It could just be my imagination, but it doesn't appear to hold as many staples as I'm used to. (It's necessary to refill the container more frequently. )
- There are no staples included in the shipment. That way, it appears to be a bit cheap. Is it excessive to give people 100 staples to begin with? INFORMATIVE: br>br> Some people have inquired as to where this product is made. "Imported from Mexico," says the light cardstock attached to this DeWalt stapler (which also has the UPC). br>br>NOTE: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, this is the place to be I was on the verge of purchasing a second Arrow T-shirt. I noticed in the reviews that there are increasing complaints of jamming and short-term durability for the T-Mobile 50 (which has been on the market for a long time). SUMMARY: br>br> This is now my preferred method of transportation. The others are relegated to backup due to their proximity to the stapler.

It looks nice, but it isn't made of carbon fiber
5/5

The Dewalt Stapler is one of my favorites. It's light and airy. It is ABS plastic with a carbon fiber texture and color, not carbon fiber. Even after all these years, this is still a fantastic product.

The design is fantastic
5/5

Excellent functionality. Since 1995, I've owned two staplers made by Craftsman. They're beasts; I've dropped them and thrown other things at them, and they're still going strong. I've never looked at another stapler before, but DEWALT's carbon fiber stapler caught my attention. While I don't mind the weight of the stapler when I'm using it, I do get tired of it when I'm wearing anything other than my big double bagger with suspenders. I have a belt-mounted tool pouch (Toughbuilt Electrician) that I use for small jobs, as well as an over-the-shoulder bag (DEWALT DG5680) that you can see on the scale bag, and there are times when I just have cargo pants pockets. When it comes to these situations, size does matter. I wasn't prepared for the magnitude of the difference. As you can see on the scale above, the difference is nearly a pound. It's rare in a tool bag that you can maintain functionality while reducing the weight of a tool by nearly half. br>Because of the lightness, I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get the same power as the other staplers, but this was not the case. In fact, when fiberglass insulation was stapled to 2x4 studs with 3/8" staples, there was no performance difference. existent. There was no difference between the two staplers when I went up to 9/16" staples in older wood that had been in an attic for 20 years. The lighter weight, on the other hand, allowed me to apply more force to staples that were in awkward places. br>I've noticed that this stapler has a "hiccup" every now and then; it's difficult to explain exactly what happens, but it seems to happen once for every strip of staples, as I'm guessing I'm putting some tension on the handle as I move the stapler into place; you'll hear a sound and need to let up and then resqueeze the handle. I wish I could come up with a better description, but stapling is so monotonous that you don't realize what you've done until you hear the sound. Oh, and for the guy who claimed that this stapler was not made of carbon fiber. It does have a layer of rubber where your hand makes contact with the stapler, as well as metal in the strike mechanism, but it's all carbon fiber everywhere else. If you don't already have one, or if you want to put your current stapler on a diet, I highly recommend this stapler.

It's preferable to go light
5/5

A staple gun can come in handy on occasion. My old, heavy staple guns necessitate far too much physical exertion. Even my electric one isn't always the best choice for the job. DeWalt Carbon is a comfortable tool to use; I've already used it in a couple of difficult-to-reach places.

After only a single staple stick, he died
3/5

This was mostly a gamble for me. premium-quality plastic Unfortunately, I lost. On the plus side, it is relatively light and well engineered to provide the user with a mechanical advantage - The elderly or those who are prone to repetitive stress injuries will benefit from this product. BUT there was one fatal flaw in mine: The main spring broke or became disconnected from the rest of the interior mechanism after only a few staples. The handle is now uselessly fluttering back and forth, and the fastener stick is stuck. My faith in Dewalt tools has been shaken, as well.

This stapler is very light and easy to use
5/5

At the rifle range, use it to staple targets. It's light, so it won't add too much weight to your range bag.

It's all about the light
5/5

Isn't it true that I said it's light? I use it at the range to rack up targets, and it runs like a champ.
