Having built three lathes, this one is my third. Ultimately, I will be turning this lathe for the last time. The program performs well in every area. Sturdy and heavy, it is made of metal. It remains stable even if the bowl blank is out of balance. It has a great feature, too, which is the fact that you can set it to neutral for a short while, inspect your work, then turn it back to forward to get the machine moving again.
