In order to prepare the warehouse floor for UPC, I used this for scarification of the floor. It was a simple fix to tighten up the bolts that hold the engine in place, so make sure you check them along with the engine placement to make sure it is not mounted too high. The rest is up to you. I purchased it and was satisfied that it performed as expected and the drum lasted as long as advertised.

It worries me that the teeth are braking off the drum because there are stress cracks all over them and there is less than 40 hours on them. Is this normal or am I really not sure let alone how long they will last in this condition.
As of yet, we have performed several grinds and the tool has held up well as advertised, if you take care of your tools you will be taken care of.
It worked for one full day and then we were unable to start without the belts. There is no adjustment available in the belts, which make it hard to remove or reinstall.
Asphalt and concrete are good surfaces for this product.
