It is not possible to use this tool in the water.
Yes, it's only a question of time. 373 watts/5 horsepower
This tool has yet to be removed from its packaging. I have yet to complete the work on my car for which this tool was purchased. Here's what I've got to say on the subject. Because it is air-powered, you will not experience an electrical shock if you use it in a wet environment. However, if you intend to use this tool underwater, such as when scuba diving, you should be aware of the dangers. That is a question for which I do not have an answer. I am aware that water in the air supply irritates all air-powered tools. Corrosion will occur in the internal parts. Unless you have a system or filter in place to remove the water, your air supply is wet. This is due to the presence of humidity in the air, which causes water to escape and form a puddle at the bottom of your compressor tank when compressed. Some of this water is going to end up in the air hose. So, if you use this tool underwater, I'm guessing it won't last very long. I'm not sure about cutting metal with an abrasive disc under water. Underwater construction workers typically use a BROCO torch to cut or weld metal.
Taiwanese engineers created the device.

I use it for bodywork on automobiles. It has a nice feel to it, but it lacks the necessary power to cut through the panels without slowing down. It will complete the task, but at a more leisurely pace.
This product and my purchase have both exceeded my expectations. I used to cut hoods for installing hood louvers. The Aircat inline pneumatic did not stall during operation. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend it to others. Please see the photo attached.
The concept is sound, and the product is of high quality.
Have a 6. Compressor with 5 CFM capacity. There should be enough power, but it doesn't seem to be the case. I intend to return. It was disappointing.
I'm a body tech, and I really like how this tool cuts straight lines into vehicle jambs. I've never had a better cut-off wheel.
Heavy-duty tool of industrial grade and high quality. The offset cutoff wheel is particularly appealing to me. It's a breeze to cut long, straight lines with this tool.
This is an excellent resource. a powerful force.
