I just bought this and tested it out, and while it is a costly accessory, I believe that it will save me money in the long run in In addition, it is extremely easy to remove and dump without having to disassemble the vacuum canister from the machine. I would definitely purchase this product.

In a nutshell You can dump this bag right into your trash can and it catches about 99% of the debris before it gets to your HEPA filter. This attachment is highly recommended for anyone who uses the accompanying vacuum as their primary vacuum, such as myself.

While it appears to work as it should, there are a few caveats. As dust and large debris whirl around, the main filter chamber stays clean for a long time. *The cyclonic chamber is easy to empty in a few seconds. Having said that, the attachment extends the length of the vacuum by several inches. I don't like the bulk, weight, and price of this product. Despite being overpriced as they are, Makita stick vacuums remain an excellent value. There must be a way to integrate this whole idea together into one slim, affordable product without charging you an extra My perception of it is that it is not a good buy for $50. However, it is a good thing.
