The comparison between apples and oranges is incorrect. The type of use depends on what you plan to do with it. lightweight and very portable, so it is the kind of tool that you can always keep with you. A CT15E is a larger machine that is good for tools that produce a lot of dust. If I could only have one, I would choose the larger machine. They both serve different purposes for me, so I use both when necessary
It is true. There has been some talk of loss of suction, but in my case it has been very minor. So far, I have only used it for domino cutting, sanders, and general vacuuming, so I have no idea how well it works for other purposes.
The motor acts as the cooling fan for the device
No, it is plugged into a wall

Currently, Amazon is shipping me a USED HEPA vacuum for the SECOND time in less than one month. The purpose of these vacuums is to collect toxic trash (lead paint chips, mold, asbestos, etc. ), so, who knows what dangerous particles were picked up prior and released into my house when I opened the door! Festool vacuums are considered by all to be very good. Yet, I have lost this trust completely in the quality control of Amazon. FEEL LIKE THE PLAGUE AND AVOID IT.
German engineering is at its best here. Festool has thought of everything in the design of this product. I recommend getting the system cart for $99, the carrying bag for $89, and the floor attachments (203430), which come in the compatible systainer for $99 to optimize this product. When all is said and done, it will cost you about $750, which isn't cheap, but as a general rule you get what you pay for, and it is definitely worth it in the long run. This attachment is compatible with a variety of their tools, and it lets you capture dust when sanding, drilling, etc. If you care about quality and want something small and light, this is the ideal choice. There is a limit to the size of the bag ) If you are going to handle large quantities of work, you should pick up a more substantial model. This one is my first but I plan on buying the other one next.
If you haven't owned one, you will not understand its value. Featuring a small size and excellent maneuverability, this device is the perfect companion for anyone on the go. The 30-pound bag that I have been carrying around is dead to me Full-sized vacuums offered at a weight of 40 lbs. This capacity has more than enough suction for many applications. Because it is portable, the bag only holds 2 pounds, so that is the main disadvantage. All in all, this is a costly tool but if you frequently travel or do not feel comfortable hauling a full size vacuum around, you will not regret purchasing it. A rigid and a ct26 are both available to me, the ct26 is much heavier than a rigid, which is hard to transport. Although it is fairly light, the ridgid does not contain Despite the fact that there are lighter vacuums on the market, none of them fit this category. 106 CFM's is also beyond the capabilities of most.
After purchasing the attachments, it's well over 500 dollars for a shop vac, which may sound absurd, but makes a lot of sense when so many things can be done with it. Two of the CT-DXs are in my possession It will be used only for installation work since I have two MIDIs in my shop already. With this cleaning system, I can generally leave the midi system outside on the bench and keep this one in the house for spot dust control and cleaning up. It is my only job to work in a very high-end environment The client will be amazed at how cool it is after seeing how well it fits in their homes, so it is perfect in high-end homes. Only complaint I have with this unit is that I'd like a remote to control the on/off and auto/manual switches that are tiny and generally near the bottom of the It takes up a lot of space in the garage, too. As it is, the bag fits fine when the shoulder straps are removed, but when they are in, the bag is a real drag.
A dedicated vac for both my domino and mft tables was required. It was getting more and more difficult to move my CT36 around. In light of this, I thought I'd try this out. The suction power of this thing is out of this world! I seriously didn't expect much in terms of suction power, but I was hoping it would be enough to clean some tiny chips off the domino. It is amazing how much is possible from a small machine. Don't forget to buy a long-life There is a tendency for it to fill rather.
Having looked at a variety of portable dust extraction solutions, I settled on the Festool CT STS HEPA, which I use as a finish carpenter. From a functionality perspective, it lives up to I did have a few complaints however related to the price point of the product. Located on the back of the vacuum unit, the dust bag can be accessed in order to access vacuum accessories. A small section of the flange snapped off during the first use Due to the fact that it doesn't affect the functionality, I won't return it, but given the price point, I would expect better.
These components are of superb quality. There has never been a hose like this one before. (It is hard to describe) Very even suction power. This is a medium power setting. The best way to travel.
What a shock it is! I can hardly After I use this for sanding, there are no dust particles left behind. The vacuum is so powerful that I almost can't believe it!.
