I'd say yeah. In the face, there is a thin gasket similar to foam The vacuum holds the seal, so long as it can be formed with the vacuum on. It works fine on the walls of my home, which have fine textures, but may not hold up so well on areas that may have air gaps, like in deep grout lines.
Nozzles up to 12mm in diameter (a little under 1/2") can also be held by the Festool 500483BHC Drilling Dust Nozzle.
In reality, there are limits to the size of drill bit that can be used, from 0 to Inch) *br>but does not touch the drill or the bit as it sticks by suction to The festool vacuum and the adapter are required to make it work - If you do not have them, you will have problems To make the adapter stick, you need to make sure that it is firmly fixed to the wall and/or that there is sufficient vacuum power to pull the adapter into the wall As an alternative, use a shop vac and hold the nozzle close to the dust In case you don't have a flat surface, this will still work Enough to make a seal is all that is needed
The answer is yes. There is no need for a special hose.

This product does exactly what it says on the box. Even if the drilling surface is rough, the drill bit will cling tenaciously The surface of the concrete can be textured. In all likelihood, some dust will fall out the other side of it if you drill through something to the very last bit. In that case, you are most likely drilling into a wall cavity, so you don't have to worry about it. There is also an angle adapter (shown in the photo) that will fit other sizes. It is designed to fit Festool D27 hoses, but I believe it will also fit other sizes as well. The dust hose will work with the popular Bosch 27mm dust hose, although its dimensions differ from that of the Festool, and it is a bit tighter. There is only one complaint I have the vacuum's air is forced through such a small port, which makes it very loud.
While you drill, it uses the suction from your vacuum to hold itself to the wall without leaving marks and captures all the dust in the vaccuum as it does so. The tool that tradesmen need to ensure their professional image is clean and well maintained.
This is like all Festool products in that it is well thought out and works amazingly well on textured/non-textured surfaces The surfaces of the Earth are flat. Because the dust extractor is a bit loud, the Bluetooth connectivity is perfect for turning it on and off when it is required. The Festool drywall vacuum is amazing. I've used it in a doctors' office and it saved me a lot of time vacuuming and wiping drywall dust. It's affordable for Festool, a must have and I should have bought it long ago.
The price is too good to be true, Basically, it works as it should, I only don't understand why Festool angled the dust port of If the dust ports were pointed straight down, it would be just as effective as staying on the wall. The price is too good to be true, I am satisfied with the overall result.
After reading some reviews, I was a bit concerned the nozzle would not adhere to textured drywall finishes, but I have no problems when paired with a CT Mini I on my orange peel wall. In case you already dropped $4,000 on the CT, I think this is no brainer.
Thanks to this attachment, life has changed for me! In spite of learning that the dust created by drilling into concrete can be harmful, I still use this product whenever I are drilling a hole inside a house. Surfaces of any type may be adhered to it Surfaces such as drywall, concrete, and Whatever you want to drill, whether it's vertical or in the ceiling, is fine.
It's a great build, it works well!.
A drywall surface was used to mount a television. You won't have to clean up any mess afterward.
