I got about 80% of the saw dust using my DEWALT DCV581H on battery and gaffer taping the connection, but you can let the saw run for just a second or two after your cut to help get that last dust that may shake into There is no vacuum other than the DCV581H or the DCV012 with which I have attached the saw. The dust may be picked up even more with a more powerful vacuum (such as ships' dust collection units). *One small logistical issue I encountered when using this saw right Andes is that the hose comes over your arm and then behind you when ripping long boards.

I like how I can use my new cordless Dewalt saw with my Festool and not generate a lot of dust. All it takes is one time where I forget to turn on the vacuum before using it to remember how valuable it No matter how much dust is on it, it is still My recommendation is to get this attachment along with the Dewalt Flexvolt 60V MAX Circular Saw.

Though the model does not state that it is compatible with FlexVolt, I used it on my flexvolt saw and it fit perfectly
