This adapter appears to be the right fit for your requirements. However, this is not the case. Standard shop tool outlets are unlikely to accept the 4"'s ID. and, to make matters worse, the 2. A shopvac hose with a 5" ID or OD will not fit. My adapter is grouped with a number of other "no-go" adapters. I'm not sure what kind of shopvac or shop tool this adapter is for.
The small port on my ship has an OD of 2. 29 inches in length The large port has three docks. 94 OD.

The device is exactly what I expected it to be: sturdy and capable of performing the task at hand. I used it to connect my table saw to my Shop Vac. The shop vac simply did not move enough air, causing the saw to become stuck. I eventually got a full shop dust collection system and no longer use this, but it worked for a while.
Part of this is due to the weight of the 4" Rockler DustRight handle. Nonetheless, it generally stays attached well and extracts the sawdust from beneath the table well.
It appears to be a high-quality work. It's a perfect fit for the outlet on my tablesaw.
Because the outside diameter of this adapter matches the outside diameter of the dust port, I'll have to make some sort of adapter sleeve to make it fit. It's a real drag.
I tried using it with my Rikon band saw, but it wouldn't work. I had to duck tape it on and duct tape my shop vac hose to it because it's the same size as the exhaust port. This is also the same size.
The dimensions were listed incorrectly by one of the reviewers (not the company). It measures 4" in diameter on the outside and 2-inches on the inside. 1/4 diameter on the inside. My Ridgid joiner and vacuum have exactly the same outside diameters. The dimensions of that reviewer must be retrieved from Amazon.
