I believe they are two and a half years old. They're identical to the big shop vac hose.
No, drywall dust is so fine that it will simply fall into your vacuum cleaner.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR INQUIRY! It is not advisable to do so. This device converts your shop vac into a dust collection system for woodworking. This device prevents heavy debris from being sucked into your vacuum. clogging the filter, such as when using a wood planer where wood chips are present. The wood chips should be kept in the bucket. The dust was sucked up by the vacuum. The hose is only about a foot in length. The diameter of the ring is 2 1/2". Your best bet is to get a leave vacuum with a longer hose for this purpose. The 2 1/2" hose may become clogged with leaves. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR INQUIRY! Jamie
The Oneida dust deputy is a name unfamiliar to me.

There are three major flaws in the design. br>The accordion hose is great for saving space, but it's a pain to use because it constantly collapses on itself. When you step on something that makes the suction difficult to maintain. A rug, perhaps, or an oversize piece of wood. Etc. Furthermore, the wheel base is too narrow, causing the bucket to constantly tip. When you add in the fact that it's so light and the accordion hose, you've got a recipe for frustration. Another issue is that the bucket's fill line is so low that it's ineffective for any larger woodworking projects. Your bucket will be overfilled if you turn two bowls.
The product is excellent, and the delivery was extremely quick. I'm in a good mood right now. I'd do business with you again.
When the hose was first blocked, this unit literally shattered down one side, possibly due to the material being too thin. For the time being, I've covered it in duct tape layers.
Plastic that is of poor quality.
I put the unit together and hooked it up to a standard shop vac. The supplied hoses all collapsed back to their extended state as soon as it was turned on, rendering the entire unit useless. It doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
