At least that's what I thought when I ordered this set. This should have been a red flag to me. In other words, it is B&L In the end, it was D. It is very easy for the tips to wear out. Better are the ones that come with a box of screws for free. I even bought them at Ace Hardware (their own brand) and they were much In other words, the bits are not at all durable. There have been several I have broken without being abused. All of the surfaces began to rust after a few This set is not a set I would recommend to people. I have good news to share There are many details here and it is extremely comprehensive and extensive Set featured in this post. It is unlikely that you will lack any drivers or drill bits that this kit doesn't already include. I particularly liked that the kit contains very small drill bits. Kits often come with drill bits of various gauges, especially high-speed drill bits This kit contains one cordless drill, but does not include any drill bits. I have bad news to report There are many bits and drivers in the kit, including drill bits, but the molded plastic form trays securing them make it extremely difficult to remove If you cannot come up with a workaround to deter you from returning this set immediately for a refund, then I can't see how you can remove the drill bits without slicing your fingertips to ribbons or making a mess of them in the process. In this case, the bits are secured into the tray, so in order to remove them, you have to unscrew them from the tray by hand rather than by the chuck end, if you know what I mean. Additionally, those bit blades are razor sharp! In order to work around this crucial design flaw, in my toolbox I had a small slotted (flat) head screwdriver with about 4 1/4" overall length and a 1/8" blade I could place in one of the open recesses in the plastic storage tray. To remove the selected drill bit from the vise-like grip of the plastic, I insert this tool into the hole under the drilling bit. I would not recommend this set to anyone who does not care to do this whenever they need to pick out a drill bit! It only receives three stars as a result of the full complement of bits and drivers in the package. If one star were given for difficulty of bit removal, it would be two stars.

The only reason I don't normally write reviews fast is because I like to wait and see how things go in the long run, but I have noticed I don't tend to write reviews as often as I used to, so I thought I'd put one down In order to receive the Black & White set, I ordered a When I ordered the drill around Christmas time, I forgot about the required set of drill bits. I had some plywood up in Miami after hurricane Irma and wanted it taken down as quickly as possible. There was no time to wait for a neighbor or a guy with a drill to come by, so I remembered my trusted Black & Decker hammer. I never even realized I bought that Decker. This bit set was ordered by Prime, and he was thrilled when it arrived. Haha! Way to go, a woman eager to get her hands on a tool set. Tapcon screws needed to be removed with the Hex bit. Anyway, I am proud to say that I was able to remove five pieces of plywood on my own! Having the time to myself without calling anyone or waiting in the plywood darkness felt good. noticed that I had to rewind the drill on the Black and Decker machine The bit is tightened and inserted. It was no big deal for me to tighten once I realized what was happening. In addition, I used the regular Phillips head on it, and that too worked. In terms of drilling, I can't speak much, but I am appreciating the assortment included in the package and the neat case that It's fine for me, and I can fit my bits in exactly how I want them. As a side note, I wish to mention the Black & White My Black & Decker drill was charged during the Christmas holidays and I had completely forgotten about it until I pulled it out a week ago. Surprise! It had loads of charge remained! For little basic things around the house, I think the sets are a good deal when they're on sale.

Sadly, I'm unknown when it comes to tools, so I'm not going to begin this review by saying that. The only thing I know is I needed basic tools to carry out household tasks. I'm able to do almost everything I need with it. It's cheap, the tools appear to be of good quality, and it's close to everything I There was one thing missing the hex tool that was used by a lot of ikea products. Unfortunately, that's not going to work. The kit comes with a variety of tools that I'll attach images to show you how they work.

When you need a set for daily use, you may want it to be of higher quality. It has not been too long since I have used the set, but I will share my thoughts with you. The variety of products is quite good for the price, and you can find more than enough stuff to run your life. It should be understood that the quality of the individual pieces can be determined by their price, and the pieces here are decent to good. One of the clasps on my hardshell case didn't close properly when it arrived, so I will probably not have high hopes for the case going forward. In the case that you are going to occasionally use the bits, for DIY home repairs or random projects, then they are fine. If you are a hobbyist or plan to use them every day, you might want to invest in a set that is a little more durable. I have found them to be ideal for my purposes!.

Until I actually needed to use it, I thought it was a nice little carrying case with an assortment of drill bits. I used the 1/8" bits to drill through 3" of dried fir with my very first home carpentry job, and not one but TWO of them broke off trying to twist them out, after my equally lousy B&A job. The chuck on my cordless drill kept falling out of the bit and losing grip. The quality of your purchase is determined by the price you pay. Now that I've finished my Black and Decker junk, I have to move on. Buy better quality tools with the extra money you have.
