Here are my tips thanks to customer service. I had to ask customer service how to get a tight fit in my miter slot which was slightly narrow. They recommended heating the split rings and moving them to the very edge of the notch. The instructions also said to lightly lubricate any adjuster screws, and to tighten, loosen, and retighten the bolts VERY firmly until it fits snugly. My table saw would have been more useful if it had an inverted T-shaft It tips back and out of the slots in front of me when I bring it back just a few inches from the edge of the table due to how heavy it is. The employees of the company have been outstanding in their support. The prices are high, but the products are excellent. Before using the product, make sure to study the assembly and calibration instructions.

The router table became a thorn in my side while I was making drawers for my wife's jewelry cabinet. The angle of the dadoes for the drawer dividers caused a lot of problems. A makeshift jig I built did the job, but it was hard to repeat. Changing from one of Incra's products to this made no difference to me. Unlike other designs, the adjustability and design is amazing. My dado maker gave me the freedom to create my own dadoes quickly and easily. On both my router table as well as my table saw, I can see use for this in the future. Excellent product that is very sturdy and will last for a very long time. I am happy with my purchase.
