I am using the track lip thickness of 0 for the 430 (bottom). A track lip thickness of 0 is required for the 245"*br>Narrow track.
The miter bar must be that thick to fit on it. My entire life has been spent using it without any problems.

A large disappointment with the T-slot is its size, because it is almost as wide as the miter slide This is the track portion of the track. In particular, it does not follow the usual standard size such as those that Rockler sells. As a consequence, you cannot use the standard T-screws to install it A bolt. The T-shirt I assumed would be waterproof didn't appear to be I won't buy any more of these since their dimensions are industry standard. I am not returning the product because it's already installed, but I won't buy any more in the future.
Furthermore, I have been using the router table as a multifunction workstation and created base pieces for other tools such as the Kregg pocket hole jig and Dovetail Jig that slide into a 3/4" slot and lock into a smaller T-slot. Track your progress. I can put them on a shelf underneath so they don't take up valuable floor space when I'm done.
The miter track was just slipped into place after I made a dado cut in the table top. track length did need some trimming but it was not a problem, I just soap it up and it works like a charm.
I had this item, along with the 48" aluminum miter t-slot, when I purchased my handsaw. The Peachtree Woodworking 9 inch bar (ASIN # B000KUZMNA) is available from Amazon. After much debate over what track I would buy and, equally important, where to get it, I finally decided to purchase it, after much hemming and hawing. As a result, I am completely satisfied on both counts. The track and tunnel seemed a little loose and I was worried that they might fail It is likely that the bar will arrive bent due to shipping damage. It was a professional packaging job from Peachtree that prevented that. When the miter track arrived it arrived promptly in a sturdy shipping tube with instructions for installation Ensure the bar is securely seated inside the In less than a minute after opening the package and unwrapping everything, I immediately checked the track with my straight edge to ensure that it was perfectly That was the case. In the case of the t-shirt It also came with a bar from Peachtree that fits very nicely in the track and travels back and forth very smoothly without slackening. Peachtree Woodworking has now been added to my list of companies that I look to when I need anything related to woodworking. After examining my purchase I was even more certain that my DIY router table would be well worth all of my time and effort.
Not even a screw is included! A real pain in the rear. Also, I would like to echo what another reviewer said about 1/4" secondary tracks not being the same as those offered by Rockler et al. It is now necessary for me to adjust my featherboards so they work with this track, and switch back after each time.
Initially, I built a router top, but I installed this along the front, and it took the top out of square. To install the angle iron, I first uninstalled the MDF, steamed it, and then hosed it off with water. My next step was to seal and reassemble the mdf It was not easy to replace the track after it was installed. Keep an eye on things.
I use this on my homemade router table and it works great. I used it even though it was only 47 7/8" instead of 48" and it worked perfectly for me. Since the screw heads didn't fit flush into the holes, the miter would hang up if I used screws. I used epoxy instead of screws to secure the miter on the tabletop. It will be a pleasure to do business with them more often.
A good product with good quality.
