I'm guessing on the length because mine have been on for a while, but they don't appear to be worn out. 3/4" long, 1/2" wide, and 1/2" deep. I hope this information was useful. They've made me very happy.
They're 5/8" x 5/8" x 7/8" in size.
There are four blocks in this set.
I didn't use it on my Ridgid 14". These will work with the Grizzly if it has 1/2" guide blocks. One of the most significant upgrades a band saw can receive.

That isn't the case. The set I got had a measurement of. 47 to . 475 inch. The blocks were unusable due to the shoddy fit in the block holders. The original blocks were all exactly the same size. 5 inches in length and extremely comfortable to wear.
I needed to replace the bearings on my Grizzly 14" bandsaw, so I bought these. Grizzly was required to supply the holders. By the way, Grizzly does not have these listed in their catalog, so you'll have to search forums for the part number, which is P1019005A. You'll need two pairs of shoes. To fit into the saw's holes, the holders had to be filed down. They were just a smidgeon oversize. They were simple to put in once the fit was perfect. During the test run, the blocks appear to work well. I'll know more after I've used them for a while, but they appear to be a very low-cost upgrade to the saw.
My blades were ripped apart by steel guide blocks. I attempted to make my own from hardwood but failed miserably. These are fantastic. My saw is in excellent working order, and I would not hesitate to purchase another set if the need arises. One thing I noticed is that, unlike wood and steel guides, you don't need to crank them down all the way to keep them in place. As a result, the thumbscrews do not leave any marks on them.
These are incredible. You can maintain a much tighter tolerance against the blade while avoiding any heat build-up. The blade deflection is kept to a bare minimum as a result of this. I'm blown away. When resawing, keeping the guides fully in contact with the blade allows for much better quality and less force on the blade, resulting in significantly less waste. I've only used it on a 5/16 wide multi-purpose blade that isn't particularly good, but the results are fantastic. They weren't exactly zero, but they weren't far off. 5x0. I took a reading of 0. 47x0. Install became a little sloppy as a result of this, but it only took an extra 5 seconds.
Once installed with some thin wooden shims (as other reviewers have done), the guides work well. I'm not sure if the issue is with the guides being too small or with Grizzly making the holders too big. The Grizzly bearings that came with the saw were beaten to a pulp. Because I had to file down the Grizzly holder before it could be installed on the saw, I believe the problem is on their end. This issue might not be present in other brands of saws.
I've been a long-time user of Olsen band saw blades, so I was confident that the cool blocks, despite their low price, would perform as expected. These cool blocks from Olsen aren't even close to being 1/2" x 1/2" x 1". Regrettably, I'll have to look elsewhere for blocks that fit properly. I'm not going to buy any more of them.
These blocks aren't quite right for my Ridgid 14" bandsaw. They aren't big enough. To get them to work in it, I had to shim them from the back with small spacers. I was dissatisfied with them, especially considering the cost. I'm certain they're in good working order. I only wish they were better suited to my needs. As far as I can tell, this is supposed to be the correct size for my model.
The product is as described in terms of size, but KFF- More than 1/16" larger mounting holes are found in 14 bandsaw guides. They'll suffice as stand-ins for the originals, which have served us well for many years.
