It did exactly what it said it would do. Is it necessary to remove the bandsaw's wheels and use a video to demonstrate how to do it? d keep them safe! Stretching these tires around the rim is a great way to save money. It wasn't too difficult to stretch the tires on the rim - Disassembling and reassembling, adjusting, and getting proper tracking takes a long time. Allow an hour or two from beginning to end. Because they were only installed with a few test cuts, there is no way to say how long they will last.
The package was well-packaged and was shipped. The bands are of good quality. The instructions for installation were extremely helpful. The bandsaw is now operational again! There have been no problems for the past two months since the installation.
The original delta bands had cracked and snapped after years of use, and this replacement was a perfect fit. Their long-term viability will be determined by time.
These belts were a lucky find for me. They've brought my old Delta saw back to life, and it wasn't too difficult to set up. Use zip ties to keep the belt in place and then just guide it along the rest of the way. I also appreciate the fact that they are manufactured in the United States!.
The old tires had worn out completely. These new urethane tires were installed in their place, and the vehicle was re-inspected. All of the settings have been adjusted, and it now runs extremely quietly and accurately. I'm glad I went for the upgrade.
With an old Delta band saw, it works like a charm. It's actually quite simple to set up.
