Is it also compatible with the Powermatic 143?

That is a question for which I have no answer. You can find the tire size in the manual, or you can contact the manufacturer and ask if they make one in that size. I will say that the tires I bought fit my 14-inch Delta band saw perfectly.

I've got a delta 28-inch monitor. 203 is the number. My 14' x 1" bandsaw can use a 125" urethane belt, right?

I just put the new tires on my Rockwell 28-inch. 300-watt bandsaw The installation was simple, and there was no need to boil the tires as some videos suggest; in fact, the American manufacturer was wise to remind me that internet videos can sometimes recommend stupidity. The tires were installed in just 45 minutes, including cleaning the wheels, with the help of some thin wood dowels. These are excellent tires, and the blade now glides effortlessly. As a test, I was able to cut a 1/32" rounded veneer piece out of a scrap of hard cherry in a matter of seconds. I'm very pleased with these new tires.

They're a tight fit, but they wouldn't be correct if they weren't. On the internet, there are good installation instructions. I've been using my bandsaw to cut some maple since it was installed, and I've had no issues with blade tracking or alignment.

It's as if you've just bought a brand new saw

It was as if I had received a brand new saw. It started to track again, and the vibration went away, which was freaking awesome. It was past time to replace the tires, which were around 15 years old.
