My old Delta clone has a similar part to what you have, so I was looking at your saw. In that case, I would say There will be no problem with it.
Using it on a 14 inch delta, it seems to work fine. There is nothing special about building the saw, but it's similar to what comes with it. This might be of help if it is.
There is no such thing as a guarantee. After purchasing the home for my ex husband, I live 50 miles away from him and don't communicate with him anymore. I'm sorry
A guarantee of fit is included.

A Jet JBS-200 has been gifted to me Using a bandsaw 14 inches in diameter. These Taiwanese bandsaws are prone to failure due to the sliding upper shaft mount. This replacement part has favorable reviews, including one that confirms it will work with a saw like mine. Most of those reviews are true, but here's the thing this part is slightly different from the one A recessed hex screw is provided to allow the pivot point to be screwed into place with this new part. There's a feature on that mount that sticks out from the otherwise flat, inward aspects. Specifically, if you look at the axle that the wheel mounts on, just to the right of it, there is a round protrusion that sticks out in a direction you are facing. Besides that round protrusion not being on the original part, the opening in the rear face of the wheel cover was too small for the mount to go all the way up. To move the slide, I cut the wheel cover on the left side in order to allow passage of the slide. My saw is now perfectly adapted to the slide mount after that modification.
A google search of the part number led me to this one after I was not able to locate an OEM part from the manufacturer. The size and shape are almost exact I have had the same problem as others where the set screw boss is cast into the spindle and interferes with the back edge of the upper wheel guard. My clearance was created with a jigsaw and file (to shape the round hole into a square corner for the entry) in only a few minutes. It appears that this part is made of the same cheap pot metal casting as the original. The lock is just tight enough to keep the saw on the wheels and tracking true during cuts. Overall, I would recommend it as it shipped quickly and fixed my saw for only May be I'll still be able to use it in ten years?.
It is a Grizzly g1019Z saw that I am applying for. It came to me with missing parts and a lot of original hinge hardware was missing as well. Others had pointed out that the shroud needed to be modified, but this fit and did not require any modifications. I would rate this piece as passable. A triangular piece made from cast iron is the original piece. Considering the material is cast aluminum, durability should be a concern. Secondly, the shaft on which the upper wheel is mounted is too short and lacks the ring with the bearing that resides against it, so shimming out the shaft was necessary in order for the wheels to be aligned. Despite this, the shaft does not extend far enough to get everything in perfect alignment. For about $100, there is a unit with a cast iron bit that seems to be a better fit. The unit I purchased today makes me wish I had spent an extra $30 for the other one.
So, in short, it works, the saw is back up and running, but its quality is OK.
There was an issue with the tilt adjuster bolt not aligning perfectly with the housing slot. My file had to be filed down maybe a millimeter to make it fit. You should be careful, too. Originally, I thought the nut I had was the right one, but that wasn't the case. The likes of this are new to me. It threaded on really well but opened up as I tightened it, and damaged the threads a bit. I think the original is SAE, but it worked really well. Having to run to town 30 miles away to pick up a M12 1 was not easy. As mentioned above, there are five nuts. Then I bought a tap and die set to take care of my error. If there was a nut included with this part, that would be great. Adding it to the game should not be too expensive. With a piece of 220G sandpaper, I cleaned up the sliding tab a bit, so that it wouldn't catch. Generally speaking, in regards to the Powermatic, the tensioning marks on the new part cannot be seen, but this does not present an issue. I would give this part a 5 star rating since it saved my machine, but the lack of the nut has made me put it down to a 4 star rating. This was the first time in my life that I had to thread what turned out to be a SAE nut on by hand in such a perfect manner, believing it was correctly threaded.
When my old band saw broke the tensioner, I thought it was dead. When I found this, I re-evaluated my band saw. It is likely that you will have to replace the nut that holds the upper wheel, as others have observed. Take the M12 x 1 to your local hardware store and put it in your bag. When this part arrives, you should have a 25 nut on hand. Additionally, a set screw is used to prevent the tensioner shaft from moving. A "Pimple" is present on the assembly to hold the set screw. It wouldn't let the rear cover go on without causing a bind because of the pimple. In order to remove some of the metal on the rear cover, I used a hand grinder. That was the solution to the problem. As well as filing those small ears that slide up and down into the slots in the back frame, I also shaped the eardos slightly. This was all a minor problem, and the saw was up and running in just.
When manufactured by Ridgid, this is a great replacement component for the BS 1400 Ban Saw. It was stated that such services were no longer offered.
My 1985 Ram could not be repaired because you could not find the parts This machine has the following model number I just didn't see this until I saw the 0067 wood cutting band saw. Taiwan was, I believe, the country of origin. Despite not being the perfect fit for my needs, it was the closest thing I found to it. Several modifications are needed to make it work. In order for the hinge assembly to slide into the machine slots, the tabs on the assembly needed to be filed down. For the hinge assembly, the wheel axel bolt has the same diameter and works great, but a different nut size is required compared to the original (menards had one that worked for me). The hinge assembly will work perfectly with those two changes. As my upper depth knob broke off on the assembly, I contacted Hamilton tool and Acura, and they sent me one immediately to fix the situation, so I am very pleased that their customer service is excellent, as well as finding this part to help.
I will be using the old clone bandsaw. The measurements are in English, and the product is from Taiwan. A metric nut was used to replace the original. Keeping my hands off the nut would have been worth an extra dollar to me. My region doesn't have a lot of this size. The nut would have been perfect if it had been included, but, on the whole, I did like it a lot. After 20 minutes of sawing, I was done. As far as quality was concerned, the recent casting exceeded that of.
