MK Morse, I believe, was one of my saws. The cartridge was shaking back after a while of use, especially with the hammer drill, so I threw the arbor away. The drill bit, on the other hand, worked perfectly. Metal and masonry are two different types of materials.

This arbor is ideal for use with concrete. To make a divot where I want to drill, I use an old nail. This prevents the drill from "walking" when you first start drilling. It, on the other hand, has no trouble drilling through concrete. Always tighten the cinch on your hole saw when you're attaching it, and you should be able to finish your job quickly.
Starret quality was expected, and it arrived quickly and at a reasonable price. Trifecta! br>Amazon also provides excellent service.
It was a perfect fit for my 6" cement/brick hole saw and performed admirably. It was used to drill a six-inch hole through brick for a vent. It was well worth the money.
It's simple to use, quick to install, and of high quality.
It was a success.
