It appears to be, but I've never taken it out to test a 5/8 in bolt.
As long as the entire saw has a 7/16 threaded hole in the center that spins on the Milwaukee Arbor, you're good to go. While you're admiring the drill Arbor, read the description.

I really like the Milwaukee hole saw arbor. No more fumbling with blades, and it's quick and easy to change them. Pay a little more and avoid the frustration of using a subpar tool.

The original packaging is held together with scotch tape, and the tool is damaged when it arrives.
This is a fantastic piece. I wish the pilot didn't break so frequently in everyday use. It's necessary to take it slowly.
