Drilling with these bits produces a hole which is quite a bit larger since the bit isn't very sharp and wobbles a lot in the drill press. It will probably work if you don't need or want tighter tolerances, otherwise you might consider spending a few dollars more on something better.

I honestly don't know what version of uxcell we got, but it was junk. It made a raggedy hole at a slower speed When the wood was burning at a higher speed, it began to smell. I returned it as soon as possible.

Drilling should not be done with a handheld device
