Questions & Answers
The holes are countersunk for a 6 screw; an 8 will fit, but the head will not sit flush with the bottom surface, preventing a bolt head from passing through.
It all depends on what you plan to do with it. They are straight, but they do have Flex in them, so if you don't intend to screw it down using all of the holes in the rail, it will not stay straight if you put any pressure on it.
There were four items in my package.
The spacing is four inches.

These got great reviews and were a little less expensive than the kreg ones. They were also a little bit smaller than I needed. They look and function flawlessly, and they fit just as I had hoped!.
The 3/4" bit left just enough space, and I like to sink mine a little deeper than flush, so going just over 3/8" deep was perfect for me. The day before the track arrived, I routed the groove and glued and assembled it, hoping and praying that it would be accurate to the picture, which it was. With a carbide wood sawblade that cut very cleanly, it only took a few seconds to file the edges and remove the burr. I'll definitely come back to this line for more t-shirts in the future. keep an eye out for requirements.
Two 36" Powertec 71119 "Universal" T Tracks arrived quickly, as Amazon always seems to do. However, when I used a 1/4-inch hex bolt in the track, it worked perfectly. 20 with a 7/16" hex head), the bolt would spin instead of gripping the track tightly. This means the track isn't truly universal, and hex bolts aren't compatible; instead, bolts with the "running track" shape heads are required. I returned these and placed an order for two 48" CLEAR STYLE universal t-shirts. tracks.
I discovered they also fit perfectly in the slots on my Dewault 745 table saw! I've always made my own wood runners, but in the South, they swell so much in the summer that your sled jigs won't work. Soon, I'll be replacing my wood runners with this product!.
The blue color is much brighter and more vibrant in person than in the Amazon photo. There are no metal burs on any of the edges, and they are all clean and smooth. They're also very honest and straightforward.
I received a package in the mail and opened it to find only flimsy wrapping paper inside. However, there was a 2" diameter hole in the box's bottom. In my opinion, if you have a product with sharp aluminum edges, you should pack it properly rather than throwing it in the box at random.
This is an excellent song. I believe they could be a few dollars less expensive because they do not include any mounting screws, but they are straight and sturdy. They also have a wicked cool look to them. I also purchased some intersections, which came with mounting screws that I didn't care for because they were too large and coarse for the job. All of this was mounted on a sheet of 3/4" plywood, and the intersection screws that came with them were 5/8" long and poked right through, as well as being a little too coarse. So I changed all of the screws to 6 spax 1/2" screws, which worked great on my plywood. They still poked through, but only a smidgeon, and grabbed super tight. It's highly recommended that you use screws to mount this track. (I got mine at Menards) Overall, a great buy that seems to accept all of the T bolts and hex bolts I've thrown at it. br>br>SPAX 6 x 1/2" construction screws worked well, but they poked through a little on 3/4 inch plywood.
Flat, three-dimensional, and anodized to perfection. These are great for jigs, sleds, and track systems because they fit standard miter slots well. br>br>I used these as runners, stob block track, and hold down track on a new crosscut sled. They don't have any lips or edges, and they fit into a dado like a glove.
