What size bolts fits in 10 mm holes? Is that alright?

I would rather have the 13mm torque adapter instead due to the some "play" that you will find in most 12point wrenches.

The 1/2" and 3/8" size of this torque adapter are already in my possession. Does the part number have a name? If not, where can I buy the 1/4" size?

It's hard to find a 1/4" drive 1/4" torque adapter with 3/8 drive. A 1/4" wrench is your best bet because a fastener of that size will only require minimal torque. Apply light pressure to the wrench to get the job done

My purpose for buying this tool was to meet a need. In the process of tearing out the top end of a Harley Davidson engine, the frame was still in place. The rocker arm screws needed to be removed and re torqued and so I needed a wrench with low clearance. I was pleased with the results of this Proto tool. Without having to guess, I was able to access the correct tourque with the tool.
