On my 2007 FLHR, I needed the adapter to tighten the bolts on the left side of the rear cylinder rocker box cover. As the leverage on this adapter is increased I had to do the math to figure out the torque value. I was able to come up with a 16 ft lbs estimate.
It was an essential tool for my rocker top job. This is the desinte price.
The unit works like a champ at only 1/3 of the cost of Snapon.
It worked great and there was no need to replace the gasket. Please re-read Added a few twists to bolt torque to bring them to spec. It's not a lot.

Works great for working on motors on shovel heads.
A well-made tool from the looks of it.
