I haven't seen an "low profile" adapter to go from 3/8 to 1/4, only the other way around. Harbor Freight Tools offers a set that has a combination like that, but I wouldn't call it "low profile."
Hopefully this will be helpful to you. The set I purchased is really nice and I am glad I purchased it.
Honestly I can't remember what product it was, but I don't really In fact, they do As I said, there is no marking on them other than the like I mentioned. Those who use them are successful
Even if they weren't set on fire I would have to say they have an impressive durability, considering I haven't broken any.

In a humid environment, manganese phosphate coatings fail to provide adequate corrosion protection as is - let me start by saying I am not a big fan of them. On top of that, it feels unsatisfying to I really like how low-profile the ring is once I have that out of the way These adapters have a particular profile. They are still very useful when working with hand ratchets, even though I may never use them on my impact wrench. With this adaptation set, I am about 33% shorter than I am with my chrome adapters, making it easier to get into tight spaces. A knurled design makes it easy to grab the adapter for removal and it's useful for free-standing devices as well. When tightening or loosening fasteners, spin them to ensure they are properly seated. While these would be nice if they were made in the USA, it is nice that they are made in Taiwan instead of I am writing to thank Ares for being an ASPCA business ambassador, but not related to the product. My heart is full when I hear that.
When I first heard this idea, I thought it was great. I broke an adapter that goes from 3/8 to 1/2 after moderate use. The only way to use it was with a cordless impact gun 3/8 inch. A piece of it broke off right away. As I tore it apart, it struck me that the wall thickness is only 1/16" on each side of it from 3/8 to 1/2. Surely it can not resist that much weight? The set is great as I am a professional and use them often, so I bought this set to replace the one that was broken. Should that fail, then no further action will be taken. I will take a chance that it had a defect and try In any case, I do learn my lessons quickly, and no, I do not have time for warranties. I buy tools that work and should last us a long time. I don't want to replace it We're going to get the tell in the next set.
It is a backup set for the T&C set I own A female 'Tophat' - The female socket set is even more compact than the male set I am certain they will serve their purpose well, and they appear to be of good quality. The only thing I dislike is that there is no 1" adapter in the Ares version. It's the only one I T&C appear to be in conflict on the other hand Because the items are imported from Australia, they are generally more expensive than Ares products.
On a budget, this is the best choice if you are looking for a travel adapter that stands up to daily abuse. This 1/2 to 3/4 drive adapter sees the most use in my day-to-day activities and appears unlikely to give out any time soon. It's the weak link in the chain of defense, but that's not the case. It's got impact duty and long breaker bars with cheater pipes. For an excellent price, this is a fantastic addition.
A lovely low profile adapter, I purchased it mainly because it has a 1/4" to 3/8" connection. This is what I use on my inch-diagonal With a 1/4" torque wrench, torque 1 pound. There are a few of them & they are small I painted the yellow details on the knurled parts because the rest of them are black. The only time I've used them was the first time. They seem durable enough to me.
There's no doubt that these things are useful. As well as adapting my 3/8" cordless ratchet to 1/2" sockets, I also use this to adapt my favorite 1/4" air ratchet to 3/8" drive Adding a 1/4" to their length is really all they do. Even if this is the only use for the tool, the knurled outside would be helpful just to turn a bolt by hand. Haven't used the big one yet, and I doubt I will, but for the price I can forgive it. A set or two of wrenches is a great purchase if you are a mechanic.
For all three adapters, the finishes are well applied. Please note Br>- The knurled collars on each of the three adapters allow for easy removal of the sockets from the adapter and removal of the adapter from the Please note Br>- As opposed to a chrome finish, the matte finish provides additional grip. The cons are Please note Br>- There is a certain amount of force needed to attach or remove the retention ball on all adapters.
Their appearance is excellent, and they are extremely compact.
As noted, the company chief executive is from They just arrived today, so I have yet to try them out. I'll report back on their performance after doing so. There is a good feeling of solidity and strength to these they seem to be of sturdy.
