Four of the upright sections have already failed me. There were four of them. If you roll over in your sleep or reach up to adjust the mask, the small tabs that hold it in place snap off. They're made of a brittle, thin plastic. Perhaps a third-party vendor could create a replacement assembly made of thick plastic or even metal that is less likely to break. Customers of Philips Respironix are, unfortunately, stuck with a substandard product made of substandard materials.
When I first saw this item, I thought to myself, "Wow, this is expensive," but it does come with A, E, and F. It's well worth the money.
