Having purchased this set less than a year ago, I can say with confidence that As a result of a routine disassembly routine I perform on a fairly regular basis that requires a T27 long reach socket and bit. So far, I've never had any problems with the one piece in this set that I have used. Earlier this year I encountered a problem with the T25, which I had to use as I was in need of it The first time I used it, it was a little confusing. There was nothing particularly difficult or arduous about this It is not a good idea to break loose rusted bolts. To go to my craftsman set (which didn't encounter any issues, I immediately had to stop what I was doing, pack my stuff, go get the bolt) I had to stop what I was doing. It might only be a one-time thing This is not the crux of the issue, but it is annoying to not be able to trust tools when you know you are using them correctly. They have been given proper care and have been maintained in a proper manner.

However, I decided to take a chance anyways and it worked out really well. To remove the bolts from my mirror relocation brackets, I had to remove the hinge bolts on the windshield. I applied a penetrating spray to them before I attempted to remove them because they were rusty. Although the extension bit held together by applying quite a bit of force, it had to be reattached by hand.

The main reason I purchased this set was because it had a t-shirt Using these 27 bits on Stihl equipment which my boss uses for his lawn business, I haven't encountered any problems, and I use the bits about half the time with my three eight cordless impact. The bits seem to hold up extremely well and are easy to use.

It's a good thing I was using it at the time, because I know about how much torque it took to ruin the tool. Nm (*7ft - I weigh 77 pounds. enough to convince me that I was being overly rough. A pricey aluminum part would not have gone down with it, but the damage wouldn't have been so bad. Then again, I probably shouldn't have trusted a cheap tool with such an important issue. It seems that there are a few other reviews talking about shearing bits, especially the t25 which I bought. As of the date of this writing, those six or seven percent of the reviews accounted for about 77 percent. Even cheap tools should have better quality control than that.

Buying this set from Amazon in Oct 2018 is what I did. There have only been a few times I've used them (maybe 8-10 I used the T25 torx bit to tighten up a loosen torx screw today and the tip snapped off under single hand pressure. It should be possible for even the cheapest of tools to handle this job. Checking the other sizes in this set for damage I may have missed, I find that one of the sockets has a stem that is T10. While the socket clearly indicates that it may be a T15 torx head, it's actually a T10. In this case, the stem was inserted into the wrong size It's been over a year since I got my money back, so I really wish it could be credited back to my account.

For deep screw holes, this is the right length. It took me only a few seconds to remove my vehicle's steering wheel after receiving this set. While my previous set was wonderful, it did not reach the threads of the screw heads. I couldn't fit my screwdrivers in between the wheel and the dash because they were too long. The diameter of this set was perfect to reach the screw heads and fit into the semi-recessed hole There is not much room. I am satisfied with how well the set is This product can be used by most home mechanics and craftspeople. In my experience, the quality of this piece is comparable to other pieces from Neiko, so I anticipate no long-term problems with it. This is a bonus due to the decent case.

As usual, I received these in a timely manner. It is not usual for me to steer clear of some of the seeming good tools offered at large stores, however I have found these to be of excellent quality and are flawless during my motorcycle work. There are only torx and hex screws. Backing up pipes and all the accessories is crucial, and you need to do it as well. The tools in my arsenal have proven to be very valuable to me.
