It's been a few times that I used these sockets for tire rotation. This pair of tools fits my impact wrench (porter cable/corded) and functions well. There is a good value in them.
The complaints have not been received. There is a possibility that coatings will scratch off, but you shouldn't worry too much about it. I have thrown all kinds of impacts at it, and it has held up.
The price is great for the value you receive. The work is well done This is a heavy duty job.

A good job has been done in making them. A hammer was used on one of them and I swung it as hard as I could and rapped it with no damage. I know it's not scientific but it's likely a very powerful whack without heat treating would have cracked it in half. As these are for my impact tool, it will not take long to see whether this works or not. I will have to get lugs off or tighten large bolts over and over to see. Nevertheless, after my hands-on inspection and checking with a ten-pound sledgehammer on an anvil, I think if it was faulty it would have shattered. Despite being satisfied with the quality of the sockets, it is still early to tell what kind of longevity I will have with them. I rate this as a *****!.
Nothing crazy, but being a pro, I can use them all day long. It is ironic that I spend a lot of money on tool trucks, but I have always been cheap when it comes to 1/2 impacts. The high-frequency set has never caused me any problems in the past. This is something I've been using for about a week and I'm very happy with it.
