28 Piece Transfer Punch Set

I use these for dot painting, as mentioned by another reviewer. They have a flat, beveled edge that is ideal for this application. I cleaned them up and then labeled them with post-it notes that I cut into strips and taped on. I'm sure there's a better way to do it. They're more than twice as expensive as HF, but they're heavy, and I'm guessing shipping is prohibitively expensive.

This item was purchased for the purpose of dot painting and creating mandalas, rather than for its intended use. It's perfect for that! The sizes of each punch, on the other hand, are extremely difficult to read. They are raised numbers on the base's surface, but they are the same color as the base and are quite small. That will have to be changed in some way for it to work properly. Mine was all black, rather than the black and green shown, and I prefer it. This is a very heavy and durable item.

I may have been overly aggressive; instead, I recommend using LIGHTtaps to get a mark, then switching to a "regular" center punch to get your final mark. A good set of punches, all in all.
