China is the country where the kit bag is made. Steel is also made in the USA for all punches, including the steel they are made from. I appreciate it.
It is possible to damage these punches if you use them on a flat surface at all. The roll pin punch must only be used with pins that have voids where the dimple will be able to sit.
In my case, I have the red and black pouch that I have had about a year and use it every week. So far, it has held up well.
It makes a metric set of 11 pieces and a set of 6 pieces, P/N 66263. The 62080 metric set has the following part numbers

I've had the opportunity to use Mayhew tools quite a bit in my work as a forklift technician. Like any punch, roll pin punches are consumable tools, so when used continuously, the punch is more likely to bend and develop burs. A punch that I had to straighten in a bench vise several times for the completion of a job was quite old. The kit comes in handy due to my inventory of punches needing to be refreshed. They look very similar to the Snap-on punches I have, so I am extremely happy with their quality Roll pin punches have a knurled grip on the strike side that looks the same as on the handle. These may be produced for Snap by Mayhew- On that, I am not sure what to say. Considering that this set is made in my country, The United States of America, I'm pleased with it. On the job, the strength of the product has not been found to be lacking. It has only been a 1 pound hammer I have used. In my case, it is not practical to use my 4 pounder on an indoor lift truck, since it is ineffective against any punch. There may be persons out there who fix forklifts, especially reach truck load wheels. I hope this can be of assistance to you. I think this tool kit is worth its price, and would be an asset to any.
It has been used a number of times and still retains its appropriate size for fitting As a AMERICAN MADE PRODUCT it is a great buy that's well worth the money. This is a very durable material. This is a great product.
My concern was about smaller small sizes bending, but I have used them a few times without issues and they compare well to other high end brands like Snap-on It is a great product. The storage sleeve is different than the one pictured, but it is still much nicer. I would buy it again.
don't think the quality of these is comparable to the quality of Starrett or Snap- Obviously, they are well made, but there is some wear on the punches. All of these parts are made from the same solid piece of stock, which is good to see. In the past, I've had a set where the handle and the punch part were pressed together and they cracked or bent It doesn't appear to have deformed after I whack it with the 1/16" pin punch quite a bit. You can get a good deal on these pin punches if you need them. Make sure not to use a drift or drive pin punch if you are pulling out roll pins (or putting them in). Using the tip on these is great for setting in roll pins and punching them in.
One of the best sets of pilot punches I have ever The product is accurate in size, well-made, and durable. While the punches do not come in the most attractive packaging, it is Starrett starting offering pilot punches would be the only way that I would consider switching.
It is a roll pin punch made in the USA, which prevents the roll pin ends from collapsing when used. I have used these many times before. They have a knob on the end of the punch. This is a wonderful tool to have if you need it.
A mechanic will find this set useful. Currently, I am a goldsmith for the US Army, where I work with weapons every single Gunsmiths are not supposed to use this set. To do this, you need to have The set I'm looking for is #6, but I guess the set isn't available. This means I will need to spend a bit more money and order them individually, or get a $175 discount. There are items in the $00 set I do not require. All sizes start with #4 or 1/8" and then progress to #5 or 5/32" and #6 or 3/16" and #7 or 7/32" and then #8 or 1/4" and #9 or 5/16".
Just like everyone else, I enjoyed it very much.
