A clever, small tool that is capable of just one task is generally something I dislike. Their size and cost make them more trouble than they're worth, and they end up at the bottom of a tool box. An exception to the rule! There are a few good things to say about the newer doors and hinges, however.
* If you have worked on newer doors/hinges, you have noticed that the pin is not as easy to reach A thin piece of metal is attached to the hinge, and it does not extend all the way to the bottom. The result is that they can be a bit tricky to remove. There is no better solution to this problem than this tool. It is obvious that you can go after the pin with any object you like. When I used to use the screw driver with the head cut off, I used an old screw driver. In that case, you could bang the shaft against the hinge and get it out of the way. It is very easy to damage the door or trim with a slight mistake when hammering on it. This tool gives you the ability to get close to the pin, but at the same time do your hammering 4 inches from the door or trim. With even one less repair job to do, this tool is worth its cost.
* It has a nice little fork at the top which worked great for getting under the head of the pin once it had been knocked out a little. In my opinion, this tool is pretty well made, should last quite a long time, and is sturdy enough to survive even the worst of toolbox conditions. I Don't Understand The Not-Understanding There is only one good thing about this tool it is expensive and does only In contrast, if that is what you need to do, and you want to do it safely and easily, this is the best solution. Throughout your day, you are likely to have to remove some sort of doors, so this tool is fantastic if you have to do so regularly. The only time I use it is to remove the doors in my home so I can paint, and I think it's well.
In the beginning, I bought a plastic tool that had a metal pin, but it did not work as well as I had expected. A door pin offered some resistance to that thing, and it broke. With its solid, simple design, the CRAIN 362 is strong and easy to use. It took 3 or 4 moderate taps with a hammer to move the pin up solidly an inch, then the Y-prong side slipped on and after a few taps the pin was Having used this tool for some time, I am thrilled with how effectively it functions.
A similar experience occurred to me in that I purchased a much less expensive tool for the purpose of removing door pins, but that tool broke after only removing As a result of its flawless reviews, I purchased this tool, and I am happy to report that it performs exceptionally I tried this tool on all of the door pins in my house since they are very difficult to remove, and it was able to remove them without showing any This was a very reliable and satisfying experience and I am glad I spent the extra money for it. There is no better tool than this one.
A few different pins from different doors were difficult to remove, so I tried it several times over the course of days. The task seemed impossible at the time. It took just a few seconds for this tool to work. This is a highly recommended book.
It is so powerful that it will last for a lifetime, yet it works so well.
I recall my boss having one of these, and it was a must have for any flooring business. The pin fell out and I loved it until it fell We are still trying to convince it to stay, but it has been an act of God. I would just use a welder, but I don't have one, and nothing else seems to be working either. My luck is that it was just a defective model.
Rock on! The only thing he does is just one thing and he does it exceptionally My house was changed out of every high-end in a week and this saved the day.
Very good, more than I expected It is better-than- The quality of the tool lasts a lifetime. Great tools are highly recommended for those who appreciate them.
