Neither the rings nor the snaps are included. It is designed as a tool for basic automotive size cars, light trucks, and some other lightweight cars. This is not a big truck or an industrial site. It may be of use to you.
It has a range of use of 29/32" Unless you have pliers that are 25/32'', you may not be able to insert the lock ring into a 3/4" hole.
In doing so, they compress the ring smaller in order to remove it. Internal Circlip Pliers are used to remove rings inside an object. handles of the internal pliers compress the ring to a smaller size when A external circlip plier is designed to spread a ring wider when the handles are squeezed to release the clip. I hope this is helpful.
In the event that the pliers would not slip when using the gaskets, please check their size. Five-eighths of an inch is the diameter of the tips.

The item was shipped quickly and appears to be very high quality, but I did not get the chance to use it yet. The price is simply too good to ignore. I will update this after they get some action on 9/3/19. Edit The snap ring pliers have failed to meet my needs higher than a few times and I must drop one star from the rating. It takes just one or two uses for these pliers to start to bend their tips, but so far none have broken. When I bend back my vice, I usually just put the parts in the vice. In my opinion, these are a great option if you're only going to use them occasionally. However, if you're a mechanic like me, I'd recommend the Knipex Even though the Knipex set is double as much as the other set, I am convinced it is worth the price. As for the WorkPro, the handles are great, the pouch is nice, and the price is really good, so we are keeping it at 4 stars.
They are a good set for someone that uses them occasionally for the price. Using them daily would not mean they will last very long, since they have a larger snap ring. I cannot speak to their longevity if you are using them every day. In my line of work I deal mainly with smaller snap rings, so I have a more expensive set for the smaller ones, but they work well for big snap rings when I find them on the machines while making repairs. As well as the bent ones, there have been times when they came in handy.
The snap ring pliers here are quite good for the money. I don't think you can find another set at this price point that is also this good. Given that these are low-cost tools, I would have expected a bit of give or wobble. Not at all, they're great. mainly bought these for the occasion that I'd need them, rather than for a specific purpose, so I will not be the best judge of I'm pretty satisfied with the quality of these tools out of the box, though, as someone who buys a lot of tools. In my opinion, they aren't the most attractive tools out there. I received mine with some scratches, and the bulky handles make them look a bit tacky. As you get so much for your money, there is really no reason to be concerned. I do have one reasonable complaint pulling the pliers out of the fabric sleeves is not easy. Each plier has a spring that needs to be compressed in order to get it in a pocket. In my opinion, storing the springs inside this sleeve for prolonged periods would probably lead to them becoming brittle over time. It's kind of a shame for those of us who like to keep tools in our sleeves, but it may be best to move them into.
My local stores didn't have any good snap ring pliers and the best I could get were some Channel Lock adjustable ones for both internal and external rings, but even those would bend when I tried to remove the snapring on the pinion shaft of my dirt bike. My new Channel Lock ones are better than any I've ever had and cheaper than the $28+ tax I paid for the Channel Lock ones.
I find these to be pretty helpful. I used them to remove piston snap rings from a Cummins engine because I couldn't get my stamped models to It is clear some of the more expensive models (Knipex) are much more durable, but in my opinion, these are probably 90% of the punches for 20% of the price. For occasional use, this is a good compromise.
I like them, but there are some issues. The biggest issue is the hinge is loose and sloppy, so the jaws move around and the snap ring twists. Afterwards, I noticed that my buddy has the the ICON snap ring pliers from Harbor Freight, and those are SOOOOO I would have bought the ICON ones had my local harbor freight not been out of stock, but I did not feel like driving 75 miles to another HF. The ICON hinges are nice and precise with no wobble or twist. The ICON tips are also more precise. The reason I decided to keep them is because I rarely use snap ring pliers, so I didn't want to deal with switching sets. The only thing I would not order from Workpro again is tools.
I understand you are probably thinking this is a fine item and it does seem well made in terms of materials and the case is great. These tips are too big to fit in the teeth, so they keep falling out The clip is shown below. If you want to avoid any extra work, you can go with something else. I suggest sharpening the blades before using them. I will update once I sharpen it. The price was good.
When removing or installing snap rings, the tip of the snap ring pliers is the most critical part, as it meets the side of the hole it is compressing or stretching. It's not clear whether these tips have been finished properly or not. The slightly better ones however are still not as good as the very inexpensive Harbor Freight options. Rather than looking for a new set, I will consider It's okay for some tools to be a little rough around the edges, but not for.
