The weekend was spent working on an air conditioning compressor. There were problems with the compressor clutch in the 2010 Honda CRV. Since the vehicle's compressor was broken, I decided to replace the coil and clutch, rather than to replace the entire unit. To remove and reinstall the snap rings, remove two of them. Most of the most difficult parts to remove are the rings that hold the coils. After trying other pliers for a while, I came up empty handed.
