I bought this pair of angle pliers because I didn't know exactly what I needed. They work on about half of the pins I work on, but the other half are unavailable. As a result, the tool or the seller are not at fault, but rather the fact that I did not know I learned the following lesson.
Then and now The anchors attached with plastic push pins are pretty easily removed. The pliers that I use for ATVs and side by sides come in very handy to me since I frequent the shop to remove plastic anchors. It's nice that the springs are spring loaded and they work I found this to be a time saver and frustration reliever. A little update Having used them for several months now, they are still doing the job well and are an integral part of my tool collection.
As far as I can tell, the problem lies with the business side It has large burrs on the tips that pull the pins on the body that were just plated over, so one could easily cut their finger on these burrs, let alone tear up the pins. Would I buy more ABN Tools at that price? There's no way I can tell you.
I highly recommend this product. It is easy to remove the ABN push pins. All the auto parts stores in my area didn't have the ABN push pin pliers, and even more upsettingly they didn't even know what they were, all they could suggest to me was to rip out the pin! Thank you for your pliers. I bought them on Amazon, and I'm so happy I did. I was able to do 20+ pins in less than 20 minutes, and I lost only one pin due to brittleness because of a brittle pin.
it easy to remove the push pin without damaging the edges or slipping and marring the surface of the vehicle. My can am spyder is equipped with push pins, so I use it for that.
I suspect they will not work on my 2019 Toyota because they are made for older Toyotas. The Chevy I have will be able to work with them. Maybe they should have specified the specific types of pushpins they are designed for if they had stated so.
There's a little o in the middle. There are not as smooth edges and ends as there should be. Since I have another of their brand, I do not know if spring tension is even between the two pliers. It does work, though, for removing pins!.
When I worked on my car, I used a screwdriver to remove the fasteners. There are times when I get it right, and there are times when they are In contrast, this method allows you to reuse the pin after removing it safely and intact. It was the 1980s It is more maneuverable when it is at a 30-degree angle.
