I'm not sure what you're talking about, because there's no mention of a demo button in the ad. If you're interested in learning more about the knife, it's a badass every day carry knife with gift-quality packaging. I'm a leatherworker, so I use my knife on a regular basis.
It's a lock blade; there's a lever at the end of the blade where the knife folds; push it to the right and the blade folds.

This purchase has made me extremely happy. Follow up with: br>br> I just wanted to mention that the seller of this knife is offering a $15 Amazon gift card in exchange for a five-star review. I had no problem giving it five stars because I think it's a great little knife, but they never sent the gift card, so I'm not sure about the company behind it. I still like the knife, but I'm not sure about the company behind it.
br>br>Rust had built up inside my old Stanley knife over the years, so it needed some sanding, cleaning, and oiling. I was taken aback by how difficult it had become to use due to a speck of rust. Now it works flawlessly, as if it were brand new. I'm not sure if these blades had any oil on them when they arrived, so I sprayed them all with some. (It wouldn't hurt if you did). br>br>I'm supposed to be in trouble for years now- free use.
This instrument has a razor-sharp edge to it. The blade's cover fits into the handle when folded, which impressed me. It's very convenient to carry in your pocket while working because it folds. The grip on the handle is excellent. This is probably the best box cutter design I've seen, and you get two of them along with a good supply of blades.
It's also entertaining to work with. Bringing you up to date. The release mechanism isn't exactly up to snuff. When you use force, the blade will occasionally pop and fly out. If you're going to cut a lot of boxes quickly, this isn't really a good idea. br>br>–––br>br>br>I couldn't have asked for a better box cutter. This one came in a set of two, along with a slew of spare blades. Even the box in which it arrived was of high quality. If you're familiar with pocket knives, the fold to lock and unlock mechanism is the same, and it works perfectly. When I use regular box cutters, I'm always concerned about whether I've fully withdrawn the blade. With this design, you won't have to be concerned.
These blades have exceeded my expectations! There's plenty of oil to keep them from rusting, and the blades are razor sharp with no nicks. I also like how they come in a small storage box. br>br>When I opened them today, I was pleasantly surprised! It was also nice to receive a thank you note. br>I was surprised that Amazon shipped them in a full-size bubble envelope when there is a half-size bubble envelope available. It would have been ideal if the size had been the same. I wish I had money to throw away, but I'm glad they do.
It was a breeze to cut the cardboard. The cutter is of exceptional quality. Because it's made of stainless steel, it's a little heavier than the plastic versions, but it does the job far better. It only takes one slice to cut the cardboard. The price of the two cutters is unbeatable. I'm glad I went with this option instead of the others.
First and foremost, the only issue I had with my order was the way it was shipped. Everything inside the box was loose, the blades were all out of their case holders, and the two utility knives were also out of their slot holders. It just wasn't packaged well, and I could hear all the rattling from inside the box. Other than that, the items were all in good condition, exactly what I expected, and yes, they are very sturdy and for my type of work that I do and us.
I couldn't have asked for or hoped for anything more or better. All of this at a ridiculously low cost.
