There is no other sheath for the plastic cover, if you are referring to it, I am not aware of any other one.
Replacement blades are likely to have been ordered in error. If you're looking to purchase only the handle, you'll need to Google the manufacturer's name and model and order the complete saw, as I'm not sure if they sell the handle alone. Still, you can get help, just figure out if it's a rip blade or crosscut and get a new one
It would work for small molding (quarter round), but I would not recommend purchasing it, since it is designed specifically for flush cuts and the blade is flexible, not ideal for straight cuts. I would suggest purchasing a small Backsaw that has multiple uses.
As seen here, iOS is excellent at flush cutting

A few times I have used it. This was purchased for use on a workbench project. Suizan makes some really good saws for the price. The cut was smooth and it was quick to cut. Despite the small size, this saw is very effective. It appears that the only downside of this is that the blade does not appear to be replaceable, but I could just be missing something. The pins are permanent instead of the screws on the other saws. This may mean that when this saw becomes dull, it has reached the end of its life since I believe, and I might be wrong, that this is a hardened saw, and it cannot be easily In any case, it isn't a deal breaker for the price.
To trim an uneven rail on a cabinet face, as well as to flush cut some dowels, I used it. It is easy to do nice clean cuts. With a tough handle set, this knife is very sharp. Obviously, it's not the tool to cut down a cherry tree, but for precision cuts on both soft and hard woods, it's a good value for the money.
The edges of these blades are razor sharp. Cutting the kerf very cleanly leaving a very small I'm so glad I found this! I also like how sharp it is! My husband and I have been cabinetmakers for over twenty-five years, and yes, initially we were skeptical. However, we cut soft pine as well as hardwood (red oak), and the kerf was very small. Cuts fast, it isn't bending the teeth or even showing any marks on its teeth. Going forward, I think my biggest test will be durability. I am making a small sheath to go with Since my van is filled with other tools, I don't want the tool to fall over. A saw like this can be ruined in that way in a matter of seconds. The sheathes I have made so far have only required 1/4 plywood and CA glue. Thus, I'll feel better once this one has been made and if it has been protected as well. Nevertheless, all in all a very positive experience. In fact, the saw isn't as big as I expected, but then again, I didn't expect it to be a miter saw either. As I knew it would be for wooden dowels or smaller projects, I prepared accordingly. It can even be used for dovetail cleanups (although I have not tried it for this purpose so I cannot comment on its effectiveness). Whenever I see someone else looking for this, I recommend it to them. It's a great deal for the price and so far it's worked well for me. Taking advantage of this deal is a smart decision. We will have to see if the product holds up and I will definitely update the review if it falls short.
Pushing the issue is not a good idea. The blade appears to bend for a number of people. The blade is flexible and thin, so that accounts for its thinness. Usually, we say in the computer business, "this is a feature, not a bug. " The saw cannot be used be used like a tenon saw or a The blade will bend if you apply pressure during the push stroke. During the pull stroke, you have to apply pressure. This will ensure that the wood will be cut flush without damaging the surface. There is a little learning curve, but once you get used to it, it will work like a charm on corner.
I love it. I am using it to cut bamboo and both blades are powerful, super thin allowed me to get a 1/32" slice off the end.
It works exactly like it should. *)This makes it easy for guitarists to fill in screw/mounting holes with dowels and cut The cost is considerably lower than that of buying from the standard guitar builder.
This does not impress me. This saw has a thin blade that bends and creases a bit too easily. I've had a few Japanese crosscut saws, and this one has a thin blade that bends Then there's the small size.
