Nice, but the closing mechanism is like that of a pocket knife. The reason for four stars is it is easy to close the finger tips.
The jab saw that was previously used was the Greenlee. With the Greenlee saw, precision cuts can be made, and it can also cut through drywall with ease. However, the tip of the pen is quite fragile and easily breaks. With a heavy duty blade and point, this Klein jab saw will not let you down. The fact that it can be folded up and stored inside my Klein tools backpack system without damaging any of its pockets is also very convenient for me. I would highly recommend this software for professionals (I am electrical contractor specializing in remodels and new construction I did a lot of retrofit installations, so I removed a lot of electrical box openings.
It is because they are made in the United States that I've bought Klein Tools numerous times. Obviously, I was really disappointed and shocked to discover that the folding jab saw was not really a folding saw. It states on the package that the product is made in China and that it is imported by Klein Tools De Mexico. My feeling is that I have been deceived a bit.
I've been there for a couple months now and I've been satisfied It is essential for me to use it one or more times a week since I am a union commercial electrician. There are times when it happens every It's great that you can fold the screen when you're not using it. Despite its small size, the hinge is incredibly sturdy and feels like it will last a very long time. The hinge locks into an angled position and extends very solidly once fully extended. I find that my Klein's taps into sheet rock very easily since the base of the handle is flat. I like it because it's well made and I don't have to worry about exposed teeth tearing up my tool bags. It's heavier than the traditional wood handle jab saws I've used in the past. The blade is nice and rigid, and doesn't flex like some other jab saws I've used previously. I highly recommend this jab saw.
Don't forget to close your files carefully You place your hand in the path of the blade when you press the release lever. When you close a blade, it is just not a safe move. It's going to be hard to change the blade with these tools. I found it very difficult to change blades with this tool. There are a couple small screws that must be removed. If that is the case, the tine screw is easy to lose. This is not a recommendable product.
The following are foldable features It can be tucked into a tool bag or storage container for convenience. 1. . 2. I can - sharpen - The jab is well made, then the saws are fast! Lastly, 3. A BOTTLE MADE OF STURDY MATERIAL You can count on this knife staying around for quite a while! Item 4. The main benefit of this device is the ease of opening and closing it Anyone who gets their fingers in the way of the tab when it is closing should know what will happen Someone once told me "You don't have to be smart to make it in the world. " Keep an eye on things! This is '
5. It is wonderful! I cannot describe how great it is!.
Definitely the best drywall saw I have ever seen! When I worked as a low voltage electrician in the residential and commercial sectors, I had to cut a lot of drywall to install and to fish. It is razor sharp right out of the box, and its drop point makes making the first cut easy. Despite the handle feeling a little cheap in the hand, the blade is sturdy and unfolds hard with two hands but when used with something so sharp, I find it to be the best tool here. Some of my coworkers have asked to use it and have since purchased one themselves. Klein is without a doubt a quality brand. As the saying goes, if it ain't Klein, it ain't mine.
Having two locked modes is a great advantage since one is at about 125 degrees, the other at a full 180 degrees, so it's helpful to have it. I am not concerned about the release button coming out of my bag or failing while I'm using it, since it is so sturdy. Until you are using a new drywall knife, you don't realize how old your old one was. There's a good chance I'll have to purchase a backup soon since my boss keeps taking it.
