As a result of this saw, I was able to make some low-profile holes I have a lot of electrical boxes around my house. In terms of performance, it's no better or worse than any other drywall saw. Moreover, it folds, so when it is not in use, it is safer. My boyscout self is like, "Yep, that's the right way to do it. ". ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS Among its features, it stabs into drywall, cuts through it, folds when it is not in use, and it cuts through drywall, which you should know without me telling you
CONS Please note
There is nothing to complain about. It does exactly what you expect, and it does it well* - The thing cuts holes in drywall, so I didn't have a drywall saw to do it. It has finally dawned upon me. Since I've learned how to cut holes in drywall, I can now do that. This is woo.
This is an excellent tool! The quality of the blades / the quality of the tools / the fit & finish are excellent This is a top-notch finish. It is my privilege to work for the Department of Housing and Urban Development My main business is to work for electric companies in the commercial and industrial sectors. I have gone through dozens of drywall "jab" saws and this is the best by far. Best of the best! *HUGE Plus = The product folds up quickly and neatly, keeping its integrity and strength through multiple cycles of opening and closing. The world would be a better place if all tools were available. It was as if Goldblatt were there! Yes, I agree. A corny but true statement! The best hand tool purchase I've made on Amazon in the last decade! * I rarely bother to read reviews, but this is the best hand tool purchase I've made!.
Cutting through drywall is a breeze with this jab saw. Despite its sharp edge, it is very easy to cut with it. br>For example, the handle is big, so you can easily grasp it when you need to use Folding out the blade and locking it into place is easy. A metal blade is made up of two rows of teeth, which makes it faster to cut. And it doesn't have fine teeth or overly large ones, since it has eight teeth per inch. This results in a very smooth cut.
My experience is that this is an affordable alternative to Kline. I cut in switches, receptacles, and conduits a lot in my industrial engineering business. With this tool you will save space, don't have to worry about getting your fingers cut up, and a sheath is not required. This pouch fits well into the side leg pocket of a work pant and is strong, sturdy, Spent 20 feet on the ground before becoming trapped. The only thing I didn't like was that my previous dry wall saw had a double edge. I wish they could incorporate that on the blade since the handle fits in the blade. The only thing missing is the two-position lock on the blade like on the Kline. We did not find that feature to be necessary.
To do a job around the house well, you don't just need a tool--you need the right one. Whenever you have to cut through drywall and need to do so with any kind of precision, this is the right tool. In my order, I ordered a square to cut out of a wall bordering an unfinished area to make it easier for the cats to access their litter boxes. Because I plan to finish it or add something to it later, I didn't want it to look bad while I was working. This knife cuts through drywall smoothly and accurately, I was able to follow the lines that I had drawn almost exactly and I have a hard time drawing straight lines.
That was neat to see! There is a pointy tip on the end. It is thinner at its tip, and then grows larger as it moves down the blade. Cuts are easy when it comes to square holes. The machine cut two circles with a diameter of 6" in drywall fairly well. The tip of the blade was used more for circles in order to make turning easier, and performing short, faster strokes also made it easier. While the handle is large and comfortable, it will take up a lot of space if the toolbox is not well organized. It will hopefully last a long time! I prefer tools that are gold rather than those that are sheathed.
In the pre-existing pre-existing power outlet area, I had to add more power outlets The holes needed to be drilled in existing ones with a drywall saw. My job called for this Goldblatt folding saw, and it seemed perfect for the task. This is a very good product for me. It is easy to store and transport because the blade folds The transportation industry. When inserted for the first time, the blade is sharp, easily punctures drywall, and cuts it cleanly. My order was right on time and the item appears to be of good quality.
It was our first time using one, and I was hesitant to use a chainsaw because I was afraid of it. Yes, that is correct, I am capable of cutting tree limbs easily with it.
