This is a solid, heavy piece of metal that deserves to be thrashed. Hacking roots or prying is a breeze with this tool.
This is a fantastic cold chisel. With the use of a sledge hammer, I was able to effectively break up concrete.
The edge grind is so bad that it can't be used for what it was designed for.
We'll have to wait and see how long it lasts. Seems OK. We'll have to wait and see how long it lasts.
Despite some negative reviews, I'm pleasantly surprised. I've been using Dasco Pro long chisels for about 40 years, and this is by far the worst I've ever seen. It'd be like attempting to cut through a sewer trap's brass cap with a tire iron, which might be even sharper. To put it another way, it's not sharp at all, but rather blunt. br>I just got it, but I've already ordered a replacement, and I'm hoping for a better one than the defective, worthless piece of steel I got the first time.
There are no issues.
