My wife ordered some intergalactic, super strong, special glue cartridges to affix tiles to the walls thinking all cartridges, in general, were the same size. When they arrived, she realized how massive the cartridges were and had to order this size gun in addition. The reviews of this gun were so good that I decided to order it after reading reviews of other guns at stores and here. The software has worked perfectly so far. The problem is that it doesn't work with small cartridges 29-ounce bottles are the only ones allowed. It's necessary to have the smaller gun if you're going to use smaller cartridges.
There is no dripless feature with this gun, however it is easy to use, with a smaller amount of pressure needed to use. It has a thumb tab to release most of the pressure, but it will drip until about half of the tube has been
Except for the handle and the trigger, all the parts are made of steel.

I have never seen anything like this caulk gun, and even my wife commented that it was of high quality and made of heavy metal. Until I use this gun I cannot tell whether it will fulfill our needs, but just by the looks, I already know it will. There is a faux rock wall at the bottom of the half-wall Our old gun was a cheap, thin metal, 6 we sawed rocks periodically so we could glue them back in place, so we needed a grey concrete type adhesive. We used an extremely thick, thick adhesive of this type. There was one type that simply couldn't push the glue through the tube without a lot of help, and it finally broke. The caulk gun you've been looking for will meet all of your needs, so look no further. An ingenious connection to penetrate the tube tip is also built into the handle, forming a long, sturdy pin.
All around great, only the puncture rod to get the caulk started is too short. It does have a good ratio to other caulk guns. The construction of the building is excellent. A tough one. The caulk tip does not come with a cutter, but you should use a box cutter for that anyway if you want
This is a big upgrade especially for thicker caulk or adhesive. It is heavier There is a pressure release switch within easy reach that minimizes drips a bit, but it's not completely leak-proof. A solid foundation.
The run-down technology has been used for decades The phrase is Since I had spent a lot of money on caulking guns from mills, I decided to buy something more durable. Despite the tight tolerances for the mechanism, this product is very well made. It is also constructed from a thicker gauge of steel than a garden-variety one This caulking gun fits all kinds of needs, and is also not overly heavy to Additionally, it has a mechanical advantage of 18 to 1, which makes it easier to apply specialty, thicker caulk with it than a regular gun. It is extremely unlikely that I will need to buy another caulking gun ever in my life time.
The guns from big box stores are so basic that I have grown tired of using them because they lack features or use low-quality I like the one from Home Depot, but it came with a dull blade for the cutter and it lacked a puncturing pin, which I thought would be more useful. was from Lowes and had rubber grips with an adhesive that failed after a short period of In the process, the rubber grips came off, leaving a sticky mess in the trigger and grip. In my search, I found the all metal AWF The pro heavy duty caulking gun from AWarehousefull offered the features I needed at an affordable price. The puncturing pin is built into the handle so it can be hidden easily. Tool grips do not wear faster than the rest of the tool because they are not glued on. The cutting blade does not need to be replaced because it is dull. My assessment of the tool is that it is perfectly balanced. I was very impressed with the packaging. It appears that the items have not been damaged. The supplier's warehouse in NJ ships directly to the customer.
The gun is great once the tube is punctured, but it would be even better if it came with a spout cutter. The puncture pin is just too short to puncture the tube unless you take apart the opening on the bottom. A minimum of 3 should be recommended You will need 1/2" to work properly.
It has a flip out piercing tool that is useless if you try to use it on larger or smaller tubes so the engineering team missed that.
Choosing caulk for my husband was a wise decision. He has a steady hand and an eye for detail. A while ago he broke his old gun. I got him this one as I wanted to replace it with a quality caulk gun. I love it because it's strong, sturdy, and well-crafted An architectural design. A very good mechanism was presented to him. His favorite part of the barrel was that it As well as being very comfortable, the handle was also noted. While it is not a lightweight gun, it did not seem to affect its performance in any way. You should be able to use it for many years to come.
( 18 ) a further mechanical advantage It will be easier to cope with viscous caulks and old hands using 1) of this design. collection of old caulking guns left over from the years, and when I pull a really thick tube of caulk, I find myself struggling to pull this thing with all the power I have. It gives me a lot of laughs seeing some of the rivets and ratchets breaking on the old caulk guns. When there are these tough hombres and they can push even stubborn materials out of the spout, why do you use inferior caulk guns?.
