I'm very pleased. As Fiskars has seen all the negative reviews against them for this bag, they've decided to give it away! The reason they didn't do that in the first place is still unclear to me, but maybe they have realized that sending the bag separately leads to negative reviews and have taken action. Well done! I look forward to putting it to use on my graviola and mangos!.
I like how well it works. There is a mango tree here that has grown to be very large and produces large varieties of mangoes. My tree works so well with this net. Mangoes are easily yanked off the tree with this pole because it is long enough to reach them. Even when I extend it to full length, it still feels sturdy as I pick all those heavy fruits. Not a wobble to be found. Despite still needing to use a ladder for the highest branches, this picker is still significantly better than my claw picker. When going up and down the ladder, I love the mesh basket because it keeps the mango from dropping out unlike the claw picker which I always have to keep upright. There was a time when picking high hanging fruit was a tiring task, but this tool has made it In fact, this is a great way to use small or light fruit. It is good to get this if you are eating heavier fruit like mangoes.
I'm a little concerned that it will be heavy, but it's not that bad. My favorite way to pick fig is with the app, it's safer than being on a computer. I was happy to get it on the whole.
I find this to be the best fruit picker I have ever This works for large and small fruits alike. It seems to be a well-built piece of equipment.
The fruit isn't damaged by the spray. Weighs less and is easily maneuvered.
It is of a much better quality than the other picker I have, and is quite light when it comes to handling when reaching for the fruit.
There is just some documentation to be done! The bag is easy to install using this simple trick. The following is a brief summary of the phenomenon I received mine in a big box with the bag loose inside. am not sure if that is the Vine program's standard or if it is just because of the Vine program, but I am worried it might get lost. No documentation is available, so I can understand how frustrated some may be in trying to attach the bag. I found that it was quite easy and not tight at all if you just slip the bag over the entire end, AND THEN pull it down to fit You will be able to place the pole side of the rim over the lip of the funnel, pull it down until it snaps around the entire lip of the funnel, then open it up to close it. Simple and easy to do. However, if you try to force it to fit over the rim by pushing it straight around the edge of it, My next step was to record myself putting the bag on one of the dogs A hand is raised. The extension pole seems solid, and at full length is well above average. Because it's winter, like everyone else, I cannot test it, but I think it's pretty awesome. The handle has an internal rounded rectangular rod, which allows it not to rotate within the handle, and it has several locking positions to prevent it from sliding out or into the door The pole as a whole was really good. The packaging and lack of documentation are the most important reasons I did not give it five stars. It was until I rechecked the ad again that I realized the bag is meant to hang inside the funnel below, instead of the other way around where the funnel is actually the fingers you use to grasp I had to agree that it seems like a duh moment, but since I couldn't test it on real fruit, I'm not sure if I would have figured that out on my own. It means that the bag rim has to be super tight so that it won't come loose when the fruit falls in, so I can't complain about how tight it There is no way around it. Though I do have a question. We need replacement bags. Where can we find them? That's a problem when there is no documentation.
Over the years, we have employed a number of fruit pickers. With a couple caveats, I think this one is the best. There are several pros to being an IT professional Simple, lightweight, extending from over 6 feet to about 12 feet. The extender features a lockable mechanism to keep the length controlled As its head tilts and secures in place, it is able to gather fruit from diverse This pole and fruit picking teeth are made from what appears to be high quality and durable plastic
If the bag netting breaks (which is the only part that could go wrong), I can replace it with a zip tie in a plastic bag. Despite the pluses, there are several cons There are no instructions to be followed! In addition to smooth teeth on the picker's head. Unripe fruit should not be picked with this tool. In order to break smaller branches, I pull and break them. In addition to my net, there was another long over 6' box with my net inside. After I got the net installed, it took me some time to figure it out. There is a greater distance between the base and the fingertips of the crown. Adjust the reinforced neck of the net to fit just above the base of the crown by pushing the neck over the crown fingers at the base of the To put it another way, fit the opening of the net from the base over some fingers, then pull the net down over the crown base until it fits snugly. This rod can be extended from the outer tube by using the orange lever and lock clip. The lock should be opened. To adjust the length of the lever, hold it at Pull the lever to release it. Replacing the lock is as simple as pushing it in. Changing the pitch of the crown head is adjusted by rotating the knob at the side. Simply pick the angle you want and tighten it. The following instructions are provided in the hope that they are My fruit pitcher is of superior quality, and I expect it to last me at least ten years if I store it correctly.
